    Good stuff Mike!
    Since you are also a businessman, I had a question.
    I have done MMA as a hobby in the past, but now just focus on fitness. I'm pretty disciplined when it comes to meals and workouts, and when it comes to my sales business I'm not as disciplined. My sales coach asked me a question: How can I build a business that inspires me to do it? How can I relate my sales business to what I do for fitness? How do you do it Mike?

    Mike, I’m 25 had 1 Amatuer fight when I was 19 I won in 52 seconds, fat and out of shape just because I am a decent wrestling.. weighed 267 then and I’m now 230 and I just feel that burn every time I see fights like it just seems like so much damn fun to just get bloody. I’m just at crossroads where I feel not too old but like I should of just kept going and my time is past me. Any advice for a kid in my shoes ?

      if you’re passionate about it, pursue it. create the opportunity to make it happen. it’s only too late once you’ve given up

    Hi, I have a boy who is very passionate about contact sports (wrestling, muay thai, boxing, MMA) He is 7 years old. I wanted to ask you to tell me what would be the best way to develop his motor skills and to become a complete fighter (if he likes it and further) what would be the order of sports he should follow to develop completely. What should we fill the window of opportunity with between 6 and 10 years old? Thank you!

      What motor skills or other things could they better develop now, between 6 and 10 years old, to become a good fighter (which would be harder to develop after that age)? What exactly should we focus on to get the best out of those 3-4 years? Specifically what should and shouldn't we do? Thank you!

      @@serafimciobanu3021 personally I’d say have him start in the sport that will toughen him young with discipline like wrestling and transition possibly. Into something more humbling like ju jitsu or Muay Thai to transition into the mix martial arts aspect

      I wouldn't recommend letting him spar, or do a very violent sport until his a bit older. Coming from someone who had traumatic brain injuries young, it's better to build a good foundation and be patient. Teach him wrestling, judo, ju jitsu. When he hits 16-18 get him in muay thai or kickboxing and go from there. Imo.

      No. Some of the best guys in the UFC started around that age. Just gotta start training asap and consistently

      If you're injury free and in relatively decent shape, I believe it would be possible to become a goat if you had that champion mindset

    • @ye3472
      @ye3472 2 місяці тому

      @AlexCain-ej5ev most of them did, but some still had little to no experience. Khalil rountree for example, he was a 20 year old who was fat as shit and had never been athletic at all who decided to get into training to get healthier, now he's in the ufc.
