- Space in striking is super important. No matter the opponent, you need to be able to maintain and close the distance when necessary-it might even win you the fight! Besides, you look super cool when you hit and don’t get hit.

Literally getting all this knowledge for free, Sandhagen's the man fr
Thanks man!
@CorySandhagenMMA thank you!
@@CorySandhagenMMA FYI, anybody criticizing you putting on a dominant performance against a dangerous opponent with one arm is a moron. You're going to fuck O'Malley up, bet.
I can't believe those videos have less than 10k views with all the advice and tips. Some great and underappreciated content right there.
1:00 this is a super important detail here. He slips the punch WHILE stepping diagonally forward (45°) to cover distance. Especially important for shorter fighters.
You do not want to slip and step backwards, because then you gained nothing except not getting hit.
Took me a while to have the courage and step inti a bigger opponents punches, but in infight they are in a disadvantage
Thanks man for posting this, im 3 nearly 4 months into training kickboxing and im autistic and i hate asking for help and this has really helped me 👍
Hoping for a speedy recovery 🙏🏾

I don’t know how this channel doesn’t have more viewership, keep it up champ !
Tell your friends!
The algorithm needs to get with the program and make these tutorials blow up! They're the best on UA-cam.
Easily my favorite fighter at bantamweight. So knowledgeable, super intelligent in terms of fight iq, always improving, always working. Love ya, Cory. Belt time soon🙌

Thanks Sandhagen you’re a g, I had to stop going to my gym since I got school and a job right afterwards, but I always be training whenever I got the time to do so at my house. Preciate the advice yet again 💯🔥

Ur a G my man! Would love to see some mma wrestling and top control content. Can’t seem to find any on UA-cam or BJJ fanatics. I feel it’s hard to control my opponent once I get them down. Great job on the win champ!
Thanks Corey content is great some partner drills would be nice too covering any aspect of mme striking
Thanks for posting all this great stuff! Could you put it into a playlist so that we can auto-play through the full collection?
Nice vid Corey
Great content Cory, I have just subscribed and will recommend the channel to my training partners. Could you please do a video on how to maximise southpaw advantages against orthodox fighters and perhaps how to keep orthodox opponents guessing with stance switches into orthodox from southpaw? Really appreciate you sharing this very insightful knowledge, wishing you a speedy recovery champ.
Thanks for the excellent information presented here. Any pointers on strength and conditioning for striking vs grappling?
Great work bro keep it up and add some faints as well
Sorry about your elbow, man. It sucks most people don't understand it. Wish you a speedy recovery!

Will we ever get fight break downs? Love your takes would love to see them about fighters of all weight classes.
I just found your channel and I'm hyped. I remember when Jack Slack made His Filthy Casual's guide to Corey Sandhagen. That's when I knew you were among that new generation of fighters with a truly mixed style. Grateful for the technical insights.
Could you make a video about when you switch stances , then in your videos going forward could you show the techniques in both stances or just tell us which stance they work best against , really love the videos I just don’t spar many southpaws ❤
Video on mindset please
Can you show ways of taking away the opponents jab? not only with boxing techniques, but also using a wide arsenal of mma techniques.
And they say randomly scrolling UA-cam is a waste. Look what I came across❤
southpaw tactics against tall orthodox fighters guidance vedio
Thoughts on sparring and do you do hard or light

Yo, wanted to let you know the “example curriculum” section on the website has the time stamps out of order/typos on it. Might give people the impression the courses are shorter than they really are!
Edit: Realized that those are video lengths, not time stamps. Damn that’s a lot of content!
Thoughts on the mma guru
🙏🏼🏆🙏🏼🏆🙏🏼🏆🙏🏼
Good content, audio is a bit low though.
Nate Diaz should take notes after that fight against Paul 😅
When are wrestling tutorials coming?
Thanks man. Perfect lesson. Just voice volume tooo low.
When to switch ur stance and the why's. (Next please)
I think he did it already
On the channel!
Sup Cory how are you
Pretty good man
For all the fans that say That was a boring fight Your only exposing your lack of knowledge ✌️
Fr tho dude also tore his tricep in the 1st!
It was a boring fight, even Sandhagen can probably agree. If he didn't tear his tricep, doubt the fight would've looked like that. But the fact that he could get the W with that type of injury just shows the caliber of person and fighter he is.
Tbf, I was only interested bc I'm training and I like to watch fights like film, to study technique etc. As pure entertainment, I probably would've found it pretty boring.
That being said, I appreciate a fighter using their skills to win more than one who will take unnecessary risks just to be entertaining
It was boring though 😂
💯💯🥷
Instructions not clear, glove is stuck in my ear
Show us you throwing some them "bows" my friend!! Love from Ireland.
Bro I think the audio on these videos is too quiet.
