My main question that I can't seem to find an answer for this how do you calculate how much material to buy? Since I'll be buying 94 lb bags of Portland cement and sand in bulk from a landscape supply I'm mixing it myself.....gah!?

I need help calculating how much material I need to buy for my rock project. If doing 2 parts Portland cement/9parts mason sand for an area apprx 288 sq feet and 2-3" thickness.... How much sand and cement should I get??
