Not from Paris but visited in 2019 and can’t eat gluten-I went to this place called Chambelland almost every day. The food was delicious and they have incredible breads and pastries.
My absolute favourite boulangerie is "Le grenier a pain" which has a few stores in Paris. My favourite is in Montmartre because next to it is a little store with fruits and they have a really good jus d'orange which I enjoy at the foot of the sacre coeur. highly recommended. By the way I really enjoy your videos. I left Paris two years ago (living in Berlin now hehe) and I really miss it.
