I have struggled with trapezius muscle pain for years and sometimes is completely debilitating. This fixed a spasm I’ve had for a couple days in SECONDS. Thousands of dollars on chiropractic work, doctors, emergency room visits and medication. I’m almost mad 😂😂😂

What a shame this channel is no longer active. I'm sick of watching "fix your knots in 30 seconds" videos only for them to be 15 minute long and full with unhelpful rambling. I'm feeling more stiff just by watching them. This reduced, straight to the point content is a gold mine. I wish they would return.

Hey, thank you so much. I' ve had knots and problems with my traps for ages.I thought I'd tried everything and this looked too straightforward to help. But for a change I showed some patience and performed the exercise as shown. And bam it started to help immediately, more freedom of movement and nasty lumps soothing away.Thank you

Can anyone give some advice here. I have a lump between my left shoulder and my neck, and my doctor thought it might be a tumor, but the scans came back clean. I've been doing these sorts of stretches for two months, and still no improvement, the lump hasn't gone down, and the pain hasn't subsided either. I'm at a loss here, because not only does it look bad because it's causing asymmetry, it's also incredibly irritating because the pain comes on when I'm doing simple things like walking, or lying down.

It's been there for several years, it's chronic i guess. i use the lacross ball starting from the spine and roll it towards the scapula. The ball rolls over the 4 inch lump as mentioned, and never flattens out. Left side of spine. What can i do? From Toronto Canada.

Any recommendations for sleeping bc that is the most annoying part of my routine which should be the most relaxing, but sometimes I can’t fall asleep for hours or at all bc I’m in sm discomfort and can’t find a comfortable position or I do and then 2 minutes later I’m in pain and have to move again. just did it and my neck adjusted! I've been doing it prior to but it's always nice to have a confirmation. Info that not even my chiropractors haven't told me. Also I've been using a chair back massager everyday so my traps are more responsive. It's all connected. My neck is still stiff, so I wonder if there is an effective way to stretch the trapezius?

Wanda, feel for pressure points on your sides at the height where your bra strap would be. Find the sore spot and push on them for a while.
Two other spots are about 1-2 inches underneath the collarbone/neck area. Find the tender spot and press.
      I hope this helps you!
