      @@BynumXsinj Honestly, a mini chemistry lab/whiskey distillery. Glass tubes and vials put together for steaming and catching oil and draining. The larger ones made of copper are basically gallon size copper pots with tubes and hoses, but the smaller ones cost around $30 to $50.

    Shalom. Miss how to make frankincence tea for infertility

      @HerHealthyHome  2 роки тому

      I don't personally recommend taking frankincense internally.
      However, I've attached a link for my hormone & reproductive health playlist. It's important to identify the reason why infertility is occurring, before using herbs.

    Right on time. I have frankinsence. Do you know how it's used for blood pressure and hormones?
    Also do you know of a good manual grain mill? I want to purchase one and they are so expensive.

    • @HerHealthyHome
      @HerHealthyHome  3 роки тому +1

      Hey 👋🏾 , I don't personally own an herb grinder because of the price. I have a manual coffee grinder and herb grinder which can get things like seeds finer.
      For hormones, or for blood pressure, an infused oil will work. I would use the oil as I would a wild yam cream, rub it on the inside of the thighs 2-3x a day. Wild yam is great if you have high estrogen levels. Use the oil as a massage oil for blood pressure, especially on the pressure points.

    But this is not 100% frankincense oil is there any way to do it without adding oil

    • @HerHealthyHome
      @HerHealthyHome  Місяць тому

      Shalom, this is frankincense oil but I understand you are referring to essential oil. Yes, it can be made without adding oil, you would want to use this process ua-cam.com/video/PwUp0RhTQNU/v-deo.html and then you allow it to cool and separate the oil at the top. Do note that it takes a lot of resin to get enough drops to make it worth the process.

    So after you heat the oil for 24 hr- you remove the frankensense pieces and just use the oil? If so, can you use the pieces that you took out again?

    • @HerHealthyHome
      @HerHealthyHome  2 роки тому +2

      Yes, I reuse it once or twice but it's less potent each time.

      @@HerHealthyHome why not leave the bosweilla tears and powder inside the mason jar , wouldnt it will just make the oil much more potent ...?

    What oil yu used

    • @HerHealthyHome
      @HerHealthyHome  3 роки тому

      The particular oil doesn't matter, I'd choose an oil according to the need. I find I like grapeseed or sunflower oil because it is very light, this would be my first choice for anything that I might put on my face. For the body, I'd use those, avocado oil or sweet almond personally. If you only have olive oil for instance, that is fine. Thanks for watching Shamim Shaikh.
