ill update you guys on my progress!! day 1: tried to do my right splits which i lost, wasn't close(night) day 2: Very close to my right splits!!(night) day 3: I got it!! But unfortunately i can't hold it for to long without it hurting.( Morning and night) day 4: I feel so much more comfortable getting into my right splits compared to this morning. Definitely still hurts but i can hold it for a little longer! I can't wait for a week to go by!!( morning and night)

Why do people think fish are boring thats just rude poor fish i remember my fish when we got it it died in like less than a month and when we got a cat we did have it for a year but we had to surrender it to the pet store because my sis was allergic 😢😞

If you want a few more stretches, I recommend another UA-camr named Alivia D'Andrea. She is amazing too! But you can still achieve your goal with just these stretches. Good luck with your splits! 😊💕
iiNxgget i got my splits in a week! i was so terrible, couldn’t get anywhere near it. but i stretched and practiced everyday for a week, and i got it perfect! i’m been working on my left for a couple of weeks and it’s almost there. you can do this :)

A better way to endure the stretching is to actually know what happens to your body when you stretch so your mind doesn't count the pain as actual harm.
Honestly, what I suggest is just doing what I did, lay down in bed and then flip your foot of your head, so it is like a backwards splits. It works as that is what I did and I can do the splits. Lol

Here is something I like to do which gets me stronger and gets me to do the splits: Split Push-ups! 1. Go into splits as much as you can 2. Put your right hand on floor beside the right side of your hip 3. Put your left hand on floor beside the left side of your hip 4. Lean Forward and do a push-up You should feel the stretch in your front leg. If this worked, -like- You’re Welcome

I’ve found a trick. First you stretch your legs for 2 minutes. Then you have one knee up and the other down, you push the legs that is not up until you feel uncomfortable. Then you stay in that position for a while and stand back up. Do that again but make your legs go down farther then hold that position You want to keep doing that until you eventually do the splits.
When she said in the caption 5 minutes, she didn't mean ur literally going to do it after 5 minutes, she meant the workout takes 5 minutes, she said that at the end too, ur not going to do the splits instantly, it may take a while for different kind of people so don't blame her if u did understand wrong. I went into a warm bath and for like 30 mins and it didn't work

Here is something I like to do which gets me stronger and gets me to do the splits:
Split Push-ups!
1. Go into splits as much as you can
2. Put your right hand on floor beside the right side of your hip
3. Put your left hand on floor beside the left side of your hip
4. Lean Forward and do a push-up
You should feel the stretch in your front leg.

When your a gymnast and you can't even do the splits
Update: guys i can do the splits now and its not that Hard and I stopped training on my gymnastic team cause We only move our arms

Day1: I tried all the stretches and i slipt down more than i was before but yet I didn't reach the full split
Day2: I improved mire i got more close to the ground i think im gonna make it soon i hope
Day3: today i was about to forget to practice but I rememberd at the last moment😅 soooo i improved a lot im so close to the ground this video helped me sm

Day 4: it kept improving
And day 5 and 6 the same
And i got the split on day 7!!
So i just wanna tell you that it doesn't comes immediately be patient and practice everyday the more you practice the faster you will get it faster and never give up💞

I’ve found a trick.
First you stretch your legs for 2 minutes.
Then you have one knee up and the other down, you push the legs that is not up until you feel uncomfortable.
Then you stay in that position for a while and stand back up.
Do that again but make your legs go down farther then hold that position
You want to keep doing that until you eventually do the splits.
Does it work?

When she said in the caption 5 minutes, she didn't mean ur literally going to do it after 5 minutes, she meant the workout takes 5 minutes, she said that at the end too, ur not going to do the splits instantly, it may take a while for different kind of people so don't blame her if u did understand wrong. I took my a whole Summer to do my splits because I don’t realize I just had to take my hands off of the ground and then I was in it, but now I can’t do it anymore and I’m trying to learn again.
