A Massive Thank You. I found you on UA-cam a couple of years ago when I was in the depths of my depression. I (thankfully) got all the help that i needed from my wife and an exceptional councillor. I have followed you since. I even met you both last year at the NEC and what nice pair of gentlemen you are. Motorcycles have changed my life. It's taken a while to find the right fit for me, as it often does with motorcycling. But in that time I have watched your channel grow and improve and i really look forward to see where it goes in the future. I started watching your channel for reviews on 125cc bikes which is where i started but i then passed my big boy test and have already had a couple of "big bikes". I've now just bought a Royal Enfield Interceptor which i feel fits me like a glove. Motorcycling and your channel have helped save my life, so I just wanted to say.. Thank you.. ❤
Thanks buddy. We really appreciate that, and are so glad that things are looking up. Life definitely has it’s ups and downs and motorcycling definitely helps. Ride safe brother👍🏼👍🏼
Motorcycles are a great way to relieve depression. Swimming in the sea is great as well. Fortunately I had a great Counsellor too. Have just found out I am Autistic. I find living for the day helps, forget about yesterday and tomorrow and enjoy today. Hope you are still good 😊
Finally a manufacturer and reviewer that both understand how important proper mudguards are here in the UK. Our roads are wet and covered in mud for a large part of the year.
The Bullet like the Classic, needs a removable mudguard section to get the rear wheel out. The current arrangement makes puncture repair virtually impossible without a workshop.
What some people don't realise is that In India the Bullet is an icon ...bit like the bonnie is here ..of course its a got a lot of classic bits ...thats how you keep costs down ...but it also has its own identity....beautiful dual seat that rear mudguard..o proper old school design with all the modern benefits....ibet you ride that classy looking bike for hours ...
I'm from India 🇮🇳 bullet is a emotion & proud feeling for us Bullet has a great history in India of 9 decades Its a dream of most of the youth to have bullet, i like the way u review this new next gen bullet ❤️😊👍🏻
Thank you and the old man for bringing us emotionally moving motorcycle reviews. I owned a 2012 500 Classic Bullet Military Version, Olive green. The sound, the sound of that THUMPER was music to my ears and the primary reason for my purchase. The vintage design also was a factor fo the purchase. Like that 2012 Bullet I rode, this one has 'that sound' reminiscent of those single Hondas from the 60's when I was a kid. It's an unforgettable note of a bygone era. Much Respect, Johnny Boy Pennsylvania USA USMC Beirut Veteran
J series is what makes all these retro 350s truely character and soul machines . Imho no other bike on the market is so close to riding a 60s bike without the tech pit falls they had
Got one in red chrome and I love it! Great review, my sentiments exactly. Chopped in my BMW 1000 for it and I have no regrets, it's taught me how to enjoy my motorcycling again.
Beautiful bike! I've got the Meteor 350 and I love it! I go everywhere on it and haven't felt like its underpowered at all The only problem with RE is that they're building up their brand(122 year old start-up company), they're revamping their brand and the problem is we're on the ground floor and they've got a new bike a season and its hard to pull the trigger on one model when you know there's 2-3 in the pipeline for the next year. Its very exciting watching RE grow
What a unique bike.. they continue to bring to Europe bikes like that which to not be in a hurry all the time.. this, the classic350, imperiale400.. special bikes to have in my opinion. 😊
A beautiful bike! I have kind of disregarded the Bullet before, riding Harleys. Now I an riding a Scram 411 which I love! I can see myself on a Bullet like this as becoming a pensionist. Much rather than getting a pre owned bike. This bike I am very curious to see in the flesh! Great video! 👍
RE absolutely nailed the styling. I rode the Classic, this summer, and while I was impressed with the power that little 350 delivers, I would still prefer this exact same bike in a 500 thumper. Out here, in the wilds of the American frontier, many of our secondary roads are posted at 70 mph. We are, also, allowed to surpass that speed when legally passing a slower vehicle so that we may pass safely. A 500cc with 30+ hp would haul my 225 lb carcass around a long gravel truck much more quickly and I would prefer that extra amount of oomph. Leave the styling as is, RE, but offer us fat guys a bigger version of the Classic and/or Bullet.
Thumbs up for highlighting the functional mudguard of the Bullet 350! 99% of modern motorcycles have tiny, useless mudguards, but with the exception of this channel, reviewers hardly ever criticize this, probably because they don't have to clean the bikes after testing them. It's not hard to understand why the manufacturers love these tiny plastic mudguards. They are cheap to make, and they make the bikes deteriorate faster, so they can sell more new ones. The accessory companies must love them too, they sell a lot of extenders!
12:55 Sitting 6,704kms away in Dehradun, India. I feel like I am actually riding the bike in that beautiful weather, feeling that cold wind on my face and freedom of an open road.
grandpa did not buy for my dad since it was considered heavy so gave him a societ derived bike- rajdoot 175 2 stroke on which i used to sit in front as a toddler and thats how motorcycling is in my blood, finally dad bought for me in 2010, now i bought for myself again and my son enjoys this so you see , it is inter-wined in our generations - this brand- bullet❤
royal enfield is so good at nailing the proportions and exhaust notes of these bikes even stock. even the new liquid cooled himalayan sounds pretty decent from what i’ve heard of it in videos.
I just purchased the exact bike you are showcasing for me and my son. Like you, I think the bike is stunning and can't believe the price, $4,300 US dollars in Thailand. I already have an interceptor with 55,000 kilometers on it but it is a bit big for the ridding I do. In terms of paint, style, and looks this black and gold Bullet is the one for me thanks for the reviews.
That's a stunning bike, for sure. It's a good looking seat and gauge cluster, nice pipes, and full mudguards. I love the black because I hate cleaning the shiny stuff. Send like the price is right as well. Excellent review...
Good morning from the Bay area, Nor Cal, . Love your videos , the info from Mr Darcy and the old man went a long way in helping me purchase the 350 Classic this week. Used to ride when I was younger /Honda 550 . The Classic checks all the boxes for a 66 year old man. Thanks again. Makes me feel young again. Good day.
I was aiming for the hunter. Disliked the seat of the classic. But now they fixed it. On top the maroon color is hot. The bigger front wheel makes also a difference.
Classic with different badges, seat and rear mudguard. The side covers went from ovals to rectangles. I hope they have fixed the crap speedometer. Here in the US where temperatures are often more than 100° F the face of the gauge bulges on a hot day and jams the needle. It’s covered by the warranty. I went through four of them on my Classic. This is not an issue for any of the other 350s with the round speedo.
I love the looks and the combination of trimmed down necessities like no ride modes but still having modern needs like abs and the possibility to plugin a phone via USB. It's a really thoughtful combination of new and old. Love it
I have the RE 350 classic, My first bike. Halciean green with wide black stripe on fenders. This bike is everything you say and more. Breaking in wasnt bad 3,075 Miles, and with oil change. Thank you great review, PS I'm from Long Island ,N.Y.
Another intelligent review! I agree with everything you said and I would like to see a 500cc version too. If I was in the market for a new motorcycle, RE machines would be at the top of the list. The seat on this one looks particularly good to me.
To me personally this particular Bullet looks the best out of all RE 350 versions. And I am not someone who craves black color. But here it just works.
Another beautiful offering from RE. At 6'4 I just wish they offered a version with a longer and taller frame rather than yet another cosmetic variant. I did own a brand new '93 Bullet which I squeezed myself onto but the passage of time means that would be pretty uncomfortable now.
I agree about the bike looking good. It is glorious in reality rather than photos. I was drawn to it despite all the other great RE's in the showroom. Even though I am just over 6 foot it felt great to sit on, just waiting for a demo to be made available. It reminds me of my first MC, an RE Crusader Sport 250. The Maroon Bullet 350 looks stunning in the photos. Also like the Halcyon Green Classic 350. Unfortunately neither colour is in the showroom. 😔 Looking forward to the ride. RE have so many good bikes its difficult to choose, but I have already put a deposit on a Kaza Brown Himmy 450, just waiting for demo...💤
I live in Wiltshire and I am truly looking at one of these for the Wiltshire roads as they are flooded covered in poop and narrow the perfect environment for those mudguards
What a stunning looking bike in some ways I think it’s better looking then the classic 350! Am certainly going to book a test ride on one I also love the fact they have used metal badges & I totally agree about the mud guard! She sounds great too! Who cares about speed when your riding something beautiful like that,I want to be seen! Excellent first review sir! Thank You!
Another great video.. and a very pretty bike.. 20bhp puts me off but it is very good looking.. I also wish the seat was just a straight bench (like the Interceptor) and not so shaped but it’s still a great looker.. thanks for the video, nice job 👍🏻
The last 350cc bike I bought was a 1973 Honda cl350 and I paid $675 U.S. because we got a discount of $75 each because we bought 6 at one time. As far as the brakes go try bleeding that front brake as it sounds like you may have some air in the line.
Great bike, I prefer the gloss black, alloy engine and chrome exhaust. The Triumph Speed 400, 40hp, is also under £5000 which for me is even better value.
Greetings from Catalonia! The bike is beautiful.... But: like many people, three months ago, we were expecting a bullet 500 mono or a 650twin (the mysterious new Sixty 5?).... And we're still waiting....
Unfortunately, thete are no Royal Enfield Dealerships near me. I love the classic design of the Bullet and other models such as the Classic 350 amd the Hunter 350 and would love to test ride them. Hopefully, RE will open up a Dealership soon where I live.
After visiting Motorcycle Live at Birmingham today and seeing the new black and copper Bullet in the flesh, all I can say is it is indeed a gorgeous looking machine.
These bikes are the closest to tempt me back to cycling except for the sound. Wish RE would make a bike that purred like a sewing machine instead of the traditional sound. I am sure I am in the minority, but in the early 80s when I was riding the smooth quiet sound of a Honda is what we all wanted.
How is this different from the Classic; wheel sizes, seat height, length, seating position, foot peg position, chrome versus black, exhaust sounds, and such?
Huzzah! With a Royal Enfield such as this one there is nothing to get in the way of having fun. Except some folks' ego but those are the sort of people who feel the bike makes them who they pretend to be. Excellent commentary my young friend. SS
Beautiful, yes, but the same machine as the 350 Classic Reborn. Handling, I won’t disagree with you there. However..... It needs a six speed box, or better gearing, and more power. I had a 350 in Thailand, and first gear was over in a heartbeat. I would find myself going for a sixth gear on the highway, the engine always seemed out of breath. While I was in Thailand I went on the RE One Ride. Our Road Captains were riding Himalayans, only 50cc or so more, they were much faster, and quicker. What a difference four more horsepower makes! When I returned to North America I bought a Himalayan.
I'm still bemused by the release of this bike some 18 months after the Classic 350, which is essentially the same. I bought a Classic last year but would have got the Bullet if only for the heritage in the name. They're so similar it doesn't make sense to list both.
Proper bike 😊 Are wire spoked tubeless rims and tubeless tyres an option! No one wants tubes and endless punctures and hassle involved in repairs at side of road! Come on RE sort it out same as your doing with new 452 himalayan! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE🙏 What a soundtrack 👌 👏 😊
While it is “value for money”, I’d like to hear some more regarding the long-term cost of these bikes. It’s no secret they have frequent, short service intervals. How does the metal hold up to the constant damp of England?
Beautiful bike and very nice review, but tell me this isn't a pimped up (or down, lol) copy of the RE350 Classic. I know RE is following on with history, tradition, the nameplate, etc, but despite it being a beauty, I can't see this as much more than a RE350 Classic-black edition, other than a few different shapes. All good, but not really groundbreaking. PS - I own a 2022 RE350 Classic and love it - I am sure this bike will be loved too. Maybe the current RE350 Classic will morph into a new RE500 Classic and the bullet will claim its place. Cheers and keep up the great work, Ronny in Canada
Biggest problem for RE is the 400 Triumph is only about £5000 and has 40 bhp. I think there could be a glut of second-hand 350's coming onto the market very soon. Have you brought yourself that Moto Guzzi V7 yet? second hand specials going for under £6000 if you look around.
In terms of riding feel they are very much the same it’s more a case of looks tbh and that bullet heritage. I have done a comparison video coming soon 😉
Hey Darcy, great review though i'm not sure it's sold me over the great used prices and authenticity of the classic 500. (I'm a sucker for a kickstart hehe.) I was wondering if you think we'll ever get to see a neoclassic Kawie review on the channel, perhaps the W800 or Z900RS? I'd really like to hear your thoughts on these two bikes in particular.
Fair enough, I’m hoping to review a classic 500! As soon as we can get our hands on a Kawasaki then absolutely. I may possibly be able to ride a Z900rs very soon
What's the difference between the other Enfield 350 vs the Bullet beside maybe a different seats and fuel tanks? What make one better than the other? I really don't see much difference in any of the 350 Enfield. When you look at other brands, they got difference Hp and performance etc.. Just curious. I'm still looking at getting a Royal Enfield.
I absolutely love it, And I currently own a Royal Enfield Hunter and Interceptor, And have owned an old Iron 2008 350 Bullet and a 500 Bullet, But I wonder if Royal Enfield are going to do a Chrome Exhaust with Alloy engine version? Maybe Chrome Tank as well would be good 👍 I'd prefer a 350 Bullet like that myself 👌 Cheers Paul Foster 👍
Its MrT beautiful royal enfield 350 bullet if only I waited but saying that should make a 500 currently I have the stealth 350 dark grey iall have to c one in the metal

Meh, Enfield doesn't always get it right...my Himalayan has TWO mudguards at the front and still coats itself in crap.
Unfortunately with the Himalayan, neither of the two are correctly designed for purpose
The Bullet like the Classic, needs a removable mudguard section to get the rear wheel out. The current arrangement makes puncture repair virtually impossible without a workshop.

Stunning, it can go 70 miles an hour, but probably exceeded 1000 smiles an hour.
What a great-looking motorcycle. Stunning! The design of the whole dashboard area is a work of art so warrants particular credit. Full marks to RE.

I did own a brand new '93 Bullet which I squeezed myself onto but the passage of time means that would be pretty uncomfortable now.
Why not consider the Super Meteor then? It is comfortable for my 6'2 friends, though the height is lower. But it is also quite a bit more exciting
This motorcycle is magic! It’s so cool to ride 👍
Yes this is a legend I drive this classic 350 model in india this is so good 👍

When I returned to North America I bought a Himalayan.
Why they can’t use black fasteners on what else is such a beautiful bit of historic art.
I'm still bemused by the release of this bike some 18 months after the Classic 350, which is essentially the same. I bought a Classic last year but would have got the Bullet if only for the heritage in the name. They're so similar it doesn't make sense to list both.
"It would make a really nice living room ornament." 👍
Unfortunately I live in a second story apartment and get my Classic 350 up there.
Proper bike 😊
Are wire spoked tubeless rims and tubeless tyres an option! No one wants tubes and endless punctures and hassle involved in repairs at side of road! Come on RE sort it out same as your doing with new 452 himalayan! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE🙏
What a soundtrack 👌 👏 😊
Cast wheels option would be nice. Not a fan of spokes on a new bike.
I particularly like the new green colour 😊
While it is “value for money”, I’d like to hear some more regarding the long-term cost of these bikes. It’s no secret they have frequent, short service intervals. How does the metal hold up to the constant damp of England?
Hope some owners respond to you as some good questions raised 👍🏼
Imo the best looking of all the 350,s
Terrific looking motorbike, thanks for your review, Mr. Darcey.
You should try old CI bullet or maybe a G2 bullet, you will love it.
Yes it is underneath a classic 350, I think it does justice to the bullet name though. But it’s not much different to what you have
Hey RE. Bring back the 500. The speed limiter on the 350 motor is a deal breaker for me.
Thank you 👍 Mr Darcy
Every review really top notch lately. Eagerly waiting for the Old Man's review of the Motoguzzi
Much appreciated & you can check out the Ol' Mans review of the Guzzi on Weds from 4pm 👍🏼
Great looking bike. Looks like a cross between the Classic and the Meteor 350.
A lovely lovely thing. Is this a lighrly restyled Classic 350, struggling to see the differences.
We have a comparison video coming soon 👍🏼
the engine sounds great 👌🏼
This is my passion to ride a Bullet
Biggest problem for RE is the 400 Triumph is only about £5000 and has 40 bhp. I think there could be a glut of second-hand 350's coming onto the market very soon. Have you brought yourself that Moto Guzzi V7 yet? second hand specials going for under £6000 if you look around.
Yes that’s very true, looking forward to trying them out. Not yet, I like to think about things for a long time before I make any decisions haha
oh look a mudguard👍😀
Nice, but I much prefer the Classic 350.
I prefer the Meteor 350 ... Little more peppy and more comfortable... Though I concede the classic looks better
*BARRY* 🎉
Love from India ..just bcs of RE Bullet I subscribed U'r Channel keep making Videos on 🇮🇳 and Indian's..
Thank you, if you have a look
Through our videos there’s loads of RE videos
Hey Darcy, Bullet 350 vs Classic 350 which one is your pick and why?
Which is more fun to drive?
And how much is different from each other.
In terms of riding feel they are very much the same it’s more a case of looks tbh and that bullet heritage. I have done a comparison video coming soon 😉
Love it. But will stick with my Bullet 500 for now.
Hey Darcy, great review though i'm not sure it's sold me over the great used prices and authenticity of the classic 500. (I'm a sucker for a kickstart hehe.)
I was wondering if you think we'll ever get to see a neoclassic Kawie review on the channel, perhaps the W800 or Z900RS? I'd really like to hear your thoughts on these two bikes in particular.
Fair enough, I’m hoping to review a classic 500! As soon as we can get our hands on a Kawasaki then absolutely. I may possibly be able to ride a Z900rs very soon
@@MrDarcy-OlMan Great to hear, i look forward to it very much

From my father to me
Bullet is an emotion for Indians ❤
What's the difference between the other Enfield 350 vs the Bullet beside maybe a different seats and fuel tanks? What make one better than the other? I really don't see much difference in any of the 350 Enfield. When you look at other brands, they got difference Hp and performance etc.. Just curious. I'm still looking at getting a Royal Enfield.
The seat and the mud guard 😊
really down to the style and looks 👍🏼
I absolutely love it,
And I currently own a Royal Enfield Hunter and Interceptor,
And have owned an old Iron 2008 350 Bullet and a 500 Bullet,
But I wonder if Royal Enfield are going to do a Chrome Exhaust with Alloy engine version? Maybe Chrome Tank as well would be good 👍
I'd prefer a 350 Bullet like that myself 👌
Cheers Paul Foster 👍
Its MrT beautiful royal enfield 350 bullet if only I waited but saying that should make a 500 currently I have the stealth 350 dark grey iall have to c one in the metal
