Has the after-school meltdown visited your house yet? Do you pick up your children, excited to hear about the day's events, only to be met with a snarl, or "My lunch sucked", or "I don't WANT to go to stupid piano lessons"?!?!? What about a sudden bursting-into-tears when you come to pick them up from daycare? What!?!? Where did THIS come from!?!?
In this video, I am joined by the incredible Maggie Dent to help explain a little bit of the "behind-the-scenes" of the after-school-meltdown, as well as how we can support our children after their long days of holding it all together.

How would you deal with school refusal from a PDA child that has to work 100 times harder than your average neurotypical child to hold it all together? How do you stop them from burning out?
