LA isn't that great. I'm from northern CA and when I went there it was spread out, a bit ugly, and smoggy. People looked like they were depressed. I like LA and NY. I've visited LA couple of times and I have never been to NY, but I love the pretty lights especially in Time Square. That's my favorite part in NY. I'm not sure that I want to live in LA or NY so I have to do pros and cons of those two cities. But now I'm thinking about moving to NY. If I do I want to live close to Time Square if there are some simple descent apartments over there.
I love the west coast Los Angeles California. being la. With those girls, party and real music. Having a good time!
Being from L.A. your details of it were quite accurate in my opinion. 👍
I’ve only been to la once but I love it there the food is amazing I love the weather and the beaches are so fun
NY > LA
I lived in NYC for a month before, and I experienced every differences u guys said on the vid. (I like the pace but I'm really not used to the yelling.)
I feel like if I live in New York I’ll have to wear a sweater under a jacket everyday on my way to work
Yes NYC is so cold in winter.
NYC has super hot summers and super cold winters
i literally just moved from NYC ( Queens elmhurst represent) to LA biggest different so far NYC = Timbs/Foams with skinny jeans LA 😍😍 = Vans and nike SBs 😷😷
BumboJumbo hey. I'm from Elmhurst! and I'm in the midst of looking at LA fora move.. can you tell me more about your move and how it is working out for you. also what pushed you to move and how did you prepare for the move (finding a place, etc.) hope you see this message!
Khyber did you wind up moving? I moved to LA from NY 10 years ago.
Not all of us wear skinny jeans in New York
LA isn't that great. I'm from northern CA and when I went there it was spread out, a bit ugly, and smoggy. People looked like they were depressed. Don't get me wrong, there are some nice things about it but it's not good in terms of cities. The other parts of SoCal like Orange County and San Diego are nicer, especially SD. San Francisco is just a better city than LA overall. Haven't been to New York but may go there soon and I'm sure it's much better than LA, other than weather, although i like cold weather sometimes.
Tim Chen ive never been attracted to la eighter. Same with miami
Just be prepared about us New Yorkers. We can come out a bit rude and not to friendly and always in a rush. We show a lot of tough love to people.
so much less public transportations.....
Bacon egg and cheese is one sentence over here 😂😂
i've never been in LA but when i was new york there everyone just walked around
I enjoyed this. I found it very helpful. If I end up pursuing a Master's degree, it'll either be in LA or NY.
Anybody else see that little shoutout to barbell brigade ...... I love JKFILMS
Yes!!!! Bart and Geo! The beaws :)
When did that happen?
when they were talking about gyms in LA.
There’s pros and cons for both. I think I would give the edge to LA for weather and fitness.
New Yorker considering making the move to L.A. Video was very informative. Just subbed!
I’m vegan now but when I wasn’t,”bacon, egg & cheese” sandwiches are sooo NY lol
Dude I stop liking you guys a little after u left la but this video just feels like your going completely against LA
william curtade I think they’re originally from NY though.
They’re not going against LA they’re just saying how New York is better
william curtade I know
I would celebrate
Halloween: in California 🎃
Thanksgiving: in California 🦃
Christmas: New York 🎄
New Years: California 🧨
Easter: California 🐣
4th of July: California 💥🔵🟢🔴💥
LA sounds like my kind of place. except the traffic part.
Go to Antarctica, no traffic there
pros and cons for both states. can't decide which is better xD gr8 video tho!
Not states but its okay nice try man keep going
That Barbell Brigades shoutout at 5:00 like if you watch JKNews!
Thought i was the only one who noticed
Fung Bros have already moved to Seattle right?
I think so
Yes
Yeah, but nobody really cares about Seattle.
Seattle is the largest city in the Northwest wtf
That's hardly saying much
Bruh i just noticed andrew is the face of the statue of liberty in the thumbnail
Forgot the NY mug face lol...for some reason a lot of us be mad...maybe cuz I’m from the Bronx
The rats
Lmaoooo and the roaches!!! The flying roaches
The pigeons
I just moved to NY and i'm not looking forward to encountering rats and roaches x___x
This made my day lmao
Thank you!
The Kardashians
My Best Friend (Quadreisha) I Known Since My First Year Of Middle School (1999-2000) Lives In New York City.
It kind of had an anti SoCal vibe to this video. It's as if your saying NY is a better region than SoCal...
I disagree and im not from either place. Maybe tho I won't rule it out ...
Jonathan Graneta it is
Pizza and home made fries are different. And can you do a video exploring different aspects (not only food) of other boroughs? Like Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx.
Gents : You are WRONG---TOTALLY WRONG-----about LA public transportation. More & more, people are getting out of their cars, & using the bus. I've been using it exclusively since 2010, & I have no trouble getting around. --------------------WolfSky9
Wolfsky9 but New Yorkers use transportation more then LA people tho
Wolfsky9 in general
I'm a casual follower of this channel, so have they moved to Seattle already and this is an old video just released to the public
actual title - *bashing la for 7 minutes state*
pqt ing yesss thank you
Last line, ‘I don’t know where people are going or what are they doing but they are always busy’ on point!
is it not common to eat a Bacon Egg and cheese for breakfasg in La?
they eat bacon egg and cheeses everywhere why should it be an only new York thing
I live in soCal and no one ever gets a bacon egg and cheese.
for us it'd probably be a sausage, egg and cheese or a breakfast burrito.
It's all about that chicken and waffles man
+Michelle It's a dumb video...bad comparisons all around.
Respect on the content you guys put out. You all need to check out the CHI in the future. We got mad flava here too...
Cannot compare LA to NYC. LA is like the wild wild west, there's no culture, history, or sophistication. Even SF better than LA.
Exactly
No culture? I go to LT, Chinatown, Koreatown, Boyle Heights and there is so much culture from the 'new immigrants', that's why I love it.
SF is an awesome place imo. Lived there for 4 years. Had to move because it was too expensive
LA has no culture? Dafuqq you talking about? And yet all the New York Times ever does is talk about LA's art/music scene? LA has more artists/ppl in creative fields than the whole Tri-State area combined! LA has 300+ museums to boot! If you're gonna hate, that'a fine but don't be talking out your ass!
sayjai bao
nah, I'm right about LA, just telling it like it is. I live in NYC and I have friends and relatives in LA and SF so I travel there frequently so I know what's what. You're the one who can't handle the truth.
East Coast all the way. Great job guys I enjoyed. Would love to see more comparisons in next video
This video just makes me want to move to LA.
evelyn maybe that’s why we have a lot of Asians.
They put a pic of barbell I like it
The New York comparison is not accurate esp coming from these recent NY dwellers. So many things I can call out that's false. And btw for them living in LES iis a limited view of NYC
People can travel from where they live, right?
In Mexico we have water stores it's practically where everyone gets it at
