Your practices have been such a release for me both in positive times and times of need over the last several years, but especially now. My baby just turned one last week and I don't get much time for myself. So while he naps, I designate this time for practicing with you. It continues to make me a more grounded, more accepting, and more loving version of myself, and now I can add a more patient mama. Thank you. See you tomorrow.
