I have overdosed of vit b12 very high and it’s gave me allergies when is to high it happened before and I also have overdose of magnesium and have to stopped too
Hi Bridget, you can try the Nerve Renew supplement or if it's too expensive you can order the recommended supplements in the video (B12, B6, B3, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Evening Primrose oil and Magnesium). Be sure to watch the video again to understand how to use the supplements correctly.
Good question. I've realized that especially with Neuropathy there really is no 'normal.' By this I mean that how people experience it is so nuanced. How people describe the sensations, how they describe the healing aspect of getting better is varied from person to person. This is the first time I've heard about feeling electrolytes going to the feet, but at the same time, it's one of many 'firsts' that I've had and will continue to have. Continue to do natural approaches that help you feel better. Hope this helps!
Hi i have zero pain . I'm dealing with numbness in both legs after taking an antibiotic called Ciprofloxacin. Is there any tips you can give me . It's numbness and heaviness in my legs . Thank you
Do everything you can to restore a healthy microbiota (bacteria in your gut). Eat fermented foods, probiotics, prebiotics, lots of roughage. Cut out any and all processed foods.
@@karlosgomes1419 I'm better but not a 100% took me about a year to see improvement . I took lots of supplements but not sure what actually helped or not . I think time just helped . I still have alot of issues from this medication but will admit I'm much better than what I was a year ago by far . How many pills did you take and how long ago ? Also are you dealing with any other symptoms?
I am diabetic and i got gastroparesis. Is it possible that my gastroparesis come from diabetic neuropathy. And could eat those supplements that you mention will help in my case?
Is it possible that the diabetes caused the gastroparesis. The supplements may help, but eating a VERY CLEAN diet and regular exercise will help much more.
Thank you for vaulable info.
Thank you :-)

Just as long as it's not an electric cool aid acid test. Yes methyl cobalamin works.
I am on gabapentin for nerve pain but thiamine supplements are counterproductive with it !
What about vitiman B1 in benfotiamine? It is highly recommend for nerve pain, tingling and numbness.
B1 can be good for sure. Not as common of a deficiency as B12, but still worth trying out in a supplement.
Thanks dee

Since when is a niacin flush a problem?
While it's not necessarily dangerous, for some people it can be rather uncomfortable which can cause a person to stop taking the supplement.
