The Most Embarrassing Chargers Moment Ever… Since Last Year

- Just when I think they must be running out of ways, the Chargers keep finding new ways of redefining the Art of Chargering. And if you know anything about Charger history, you know that to not be a compliment. They let a Raider team that just failed to score a point vs the Vikings, score 63 on their heads, of course leading to the firing of their head coach Brandon Staley and GM Tom Telesco.
What do you think the Chargers should do to try and fix this mess and make something out of the Herbert years? Let me know down in the comment section!
Might need to make a video on the History of Chargering 🤔
Said video would just be a video of Sisyphus pushing that boulder for 65 years.
@WVUer21 LMAO I now know my thumbnail if I ever make that video
This is was one of those times where you really wonder if this is a dream. It was performance art.
Watch the Chargers hire Josh McDaniels next, because Chargers.
it was truly one of those games that’s going to be associated with the team forever, either as the turning point for the franchise or another embarrassing performance that defines them lmao. They need to hire an offensive guy like Ben Johnson or Eric Bienemy, but knowing them they’ll probably go Dan Quinn
Classic Chargers 🤦🏽♀️
TLDR social psychology lesson incoming. NFL team owners are _business_ owners. They do not understand what makes a good or winning coach. Not a clue. Who do you know that hangs out with people that make them uncomfortable like the deaf or the physics department?
Same goes for NFL owners. They are out of their depth discussing anything really deep about football. How does one get out of the funk of being forced into The Unfamiliar? Why the brain thinks of Familiar Things Only as relaxing. So what do owners do?
They think of everything NFL-related in Familiar Terms. Players = employees, coaches, supervisors. What does the business owner want in a supervisor?
A tyrant who protects Their Interests from the common rabble/employees.
Sadly, that's it! If Spanos had the Least Clue what makes a winning coach Marty Schottenheimer would have died on his sideline. Instead the team realized Marty was player-friendly, this made them uncomfortable & they do Not Care What Else Any Coach They Hire Does so long as they abuse the players. They simply do not understand any other sort of behavior.
This is why Bisacchia got pushed out for McDaniels. *We The Fans wish to think that* owners only care about winning. They're *business owners.*
They only care about winning *profits.*
