My favorite episode in a very long time! I have two boys, and an amazing, alpha-male husband that I oftentimes just don’t understand especially when it comes to parenting techniques, this episode really opened my eyes to how effective he really is, even if he doesn’t do so intentionally ❤
If your husband is how you describe then he’s raising your kids as a distillation of his life life experiences most notably the negative ones. Have his back because real men like your describing are ride or die. Period.

Honestly excited to see this episode. I have two young boys and a man who works as a logger who is a phenomenal father. I’d say I’m a feminist, I lean more liberal on a lot of issues but just interested in how to really shape and mold my amazing sons into healthy, strong men someday.

I've been following Poplitics for almost 3 years now and have listened to most of the spillover episodes (there are a couple I have been nervous to listen to but I will do it) and I love that Alex is interested in everything I am interested in! I genuinely value your decision to not show bias by giving a platform to a lifelong Democrat. This demonstrates to everyone that the deep divisions in the US can still be bridged. Given the recent state of affairs, I had started to lose hope, as it appeared that conservatives were becoming entirely unwilling to consider any input from liberals. Dr. Farrell's expertise is unquestionable.
Children of God follow His word. "Unto the woman He said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children... And unto Adam He said... cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life... So, we are caretakers and nurtures, and men work to provide for their family.
