Love this ride it was awesome. My only editing tip is maybe insert and add where she says take a water break as the edit is quick there and we missed a water break
Always fun in spin classes spotting those not using gear and cruising. When my gym was open there were some women who leave a 45 minute class not even sweating whilst I'm pouring
Haha, yep! I'd look like I'd just gotten out of the shower : p I miss those classes a lot.

Loved this one! All these classes have made me fall in love with spin! I tore my ACL last year while doing PiYo and have been pretty bummed that many excersises I loved, I can no longer do the same way. My doctor suggested spin because of it being easier on the knees, and I have fallen in love with fitness all over again! Thanks so much!
I still have a lot of work to do to get my body to the fitness level it was at before my injury, but I am well on my way.

What's with the hack job on this video???? 10 minutes taken out, warmup removed, and halfway through the video is a good 2-3 mins out of sync with Kat's voice. Very disappointing, this was my fave spin class on UA-cam :(
