    Thank you for the kind explanation. I’m a committed Azure customer. My orders have always come through perfectly. Our driver is excellent. Always there and early. I’m in southwestern Idaho so our truck comes quickly from OR. I’m fascinated in how Azure handles orders all over the United States and would enjoy an explainer video about how you service all these areas.

    I recently used the call system and was pleased with the call back and message times...the kindness and efficiency of customer service was excellent!!

    Thank you for caring and for providing us with healthy options for our foods. I cannot imagine how you do all you do and, from my end, it appears to be close to perfect. You can't please all the folks all the time. There are going to be times when something doesn't go exactly as expected or doesn't arrive in the best condition. Hopefully, we, as customers, can understand how quickly Azure has grown and how hard you're trying to provide great customer service.

    The callback method has been the only one that works in my experience. My challenges are that our route appears to be in flux with different drivers; and the last driver didn't show. So we were putting our lives on hold for two days to see when someone may bring our orders. No apologies were offered. While these things are unavoidable from time to time, an acknowledgement and apology at a minimum seems like it should be part of your processes. And the drivers we've gotten lately have seemed challenged. Also, with the delivery being just once a month, it is difficult to actually get what you want, because often you'll have things in your cart that were fine and in stock THE WHOLE TIME, showing PLENTY in stock, except on the ONE DAY when it comes to actually fullfilling the order. We may be willing to pay the premium (which some of us can barely afford), but we may or may not get it. Hopefully you're working on these issues, as well.

    I'm so sorry that I was one of those customers that called twice. I thought my first message got "lost in the system". I had no idea that you've implemented a new system. But all was taken care of. I am a very happy customer and so glad I found you. It was not a big problem in the first place, but you took care of it.

    I appreciate your coming on to personally discuss issues. That way your customers know you see what's happening and are working on a remedy. It eases their stress. It was also good to see this young lady stop chuckling it up because that just seems to be making light of that frustration. Thank you

    So sad you no longer carry the veggie powdered chic broth as well as the Italian dressing mix. I have ordered these products for years! Thank you so much for all the customer service folks. Azure is great!

    Hi, I have tried in line for one issue, and call back ( often) I usually get a call back that day. Next day max. Email is also an option and seems within a day or two. The nice thing about emails, is often remedies are faster, because you the customer are not required to pick up the phone, and explain...If you have left ALL the info in emails, photos, requests, order# etc....its SUPER HELPFUL! I so ** Appreciate ** Azure, it's so RARE these days to actually have a REAL PERSON assisting you. It truly sets them apart. Love you Azure! Its well worth the wait. They will treat you well!

    This really needs to be addressed. I have been a drop coordinator with Azure for 35 years. We could always get someone on the phone. However, since your new system has been implemented, not the case. And I have many customers that have had the same experience. I am not sure what part of your new system is better.

    There are many of us here in Virginia that would love to see you establish a distribution center here in the Commonwealth. Maybe a discussion with Joel Salatin?🧐 This would be so advantageous for the whole Atlantic region. In the past nearly 4 years, I have always had a great experience with Azure’s customer service on the rare occasion I’ve had to call. Thank you for all that you do!

    I had an unexpected, underserving and unappreciated experience with a DC.
    I realize there is very little you can do about a volunteer DC but at the same time, it was enough to turn me off on ordering again.
    I would recommend a “mystery shopper” randomly and one with a complaint to see how that DC handles it.
    Then you have coaching opportunities and/or finding a replacement person.

    I've been a loyal, happy customer for years. Over the last couple of months I've had several delivery issues - missing items, wrong products sent, etc. Now I have a new billing issue/question. I have messaged through the contact form twice (once last week and again a couple of days ago). No response from anyone . Yesterday I called & waited for a while, then gave up and called back to choose the option to have someone call me back (hasn't happened). The customer service issues are far from over, I sure hope you fix them quickly, it's extremely frustrating and time consuming for your customers.

    Sorry if I missed this but im not sure if this is a "thing" yet but as I see items from other people, I add items to my cart but obviously cannot order everything at once all the time. Is there a way to "save" items to a wishlist or "save for later" type list directly from "the cart?" This would be a phenomenal feature. Currently im having to take dozens of screen shots or writing everything out myself to a list. Please add this feature someday. It would really help!

      You can click the heart right below the name of the item on the listing to add it to your favorites. Then click on Shop and then favorites (right below "products i've ordered" link. All your items will be there.

    For some reason I can't get a call back. When they call me it doesn't come through. I have checked everything on my end to receive all phone calls and it still doesn't ring through. I've even added Azure as a contact and that didn't do anything.

    Your explanation of we have a great system, you can choose wait, call back, or stay on the line. Whaaaat?? It was awful. No callback for 3-5-7 days! That’s not good service. Especially when one’s problem involved over $500 ! I would think a callback is important to me. And it’s not funny when you’re laughing about it. I did receive terrible customer service. However I think it’s growing pains. So I was very patient in waiting. At least you put out this (weak) video to try to explain.

    Here's an idea. Have volunteers on the phones they can actually answer questions and give them a credit off of their order.

    To be honest..i cant order from you folks anymore, the late times in the evening for pick up just wont work ever for me. I was giving you 1 more chance to have a reasonable time for pick up but nope. I Have to drive 90 min to pick up a few things in a parking lot 3 hours after dark...that will never work for me. Plus quality has gone way down from when i started 2 years ago. Good Luck! There are other companies out there that meet in well lit day time spots i will use with great quality and good prices.

    BS. Their commitment to stand behind their products is abysmal, I was a customer for many years and they balked the first time I had issues with a purchased product. I’ll find my bulk goods elsewhere.
