Ash gourd- 1/2 nos
green chilli- 4 nos
Salt ( according to taste )
Water- 1/2 cup + 1/2 Cup
Maggi coconut milk powder- 4 tbs
Curry Leaves

Madam this is good. But in malabar area olan is something different. Payar cherthu pinkish white colour aanu. My favorite curry is olan and aviyal. Aviyal I used to do in a different way. But your aviyal is so tasty and now doing in your way. So could you please do Malabar type olan in another episode. I am not an expert in cooking to opine 😂. But I learn only those things I love to eat and that are healthy too. So.. Once you do olan in that way too maam
