Fucked up my own head today. Bought a machine and said to my self..how hard could it be? So I UA-camd it and was happy asf to know it looked easy. Not gonna lie but I did well in one side..fade came out tight..but had problems learning the closed and open clipper thing and what it was for. Ended up looking tight from one side and fucked up from the other. Now gatta wait till my hair grows back to try again until it becomes easier to cut my own hair the way I want it. Not really embarrassed tho. Doesn't look as bad as other failed hair cuts.

Do you gradually open the lever as your going up or do you keep it open all the way through once you've done the bottom short?

Who’s here thinking they need the 1.5 guard?

    • @gurvirplays7479

Me! I cut my brother's hair 3 times now and each time I feel like I need the 1.5. I ordered it but it didn't come in the post ffs. Each youtube video chats so much gas about what to do, it should be simple. I.e. exactly what clippers to use and where and when. Can't find a clip like that anywhere.
