For the pancakes, try adding 1/4 tsp baking powder to make them extra fluffy or swap regular milk for buttermilk! (Buttermilk has the same amount of protein as regular milk as far as I’ve seen on the labels.) Also, add a splash of vanilla extract 💕

Thank you SO much for this post. I’m really good at exercising and working on improving my relationship with food and the kitchen. Really love to eat what’s best for me, but lately, I haven’t been eating enough and I understand why this is now messing with my digestive system. Thoroughly loved making the pancakes from this video and so glad I ate more than I usually do, especially since this is a big workout day for me. Also really appreciate that you provided a pancake recipe that didn’t cause me to long for any butter or syrup! Downloaded your recipe book and I’m so glad I did. This is the way I like to eat, but I’ve struggled to find time to make food, or be inspired by it. Really appreciate your quick recipes and I’m glad I’m getting back into meal prepping. Also appreciate that your recipes are meals that I will actually eat as I’m also like many who meal prep and doesn’t eat everything that was prepped. Mixing and matching with different sauces/spices etc. is the key and I’m just really looking forward to getting better at this so my body, and my digestive system, will be happy and healthy.

When I make scrambled eggs I use two eggs and 1/4 cup egg whites with spinach & other veggies & a tablespoon of feta. It makes enough for two servings so I save the rest for the next morning (nuke for 30-60 secs). Cook once eat twice-saves so much time. Terrific recipes, Katie , & that baby boy is simply gorgeous & growing!

I took the Viome gut health test and oatmeal (glyphosate free) is a super food for me and blueberries. So, overnight oats with blueberries and peaches have been my go to!

I too feel so much better now that I’ve stopped Intermittent fasting! I have so much more energy for exercise. Thank you so much for these videos. I find them very inspiring🥰
I feel like intermittent fasting messed up my hormonal balance and I hear a lot of women saying that now. For guys it’s fine but for women, seems like longer fast might not be as beneficial.
Am actually doing the opposite and doing intermittent fasting (although eating/drinking nothing but water in my fasting window)
It shows to change things up when your body isn’t feeling something is a good thing.

Love all these breakfast ideas, & love watching your videos, but with timing I just feel you should start your timer from when you start pulling all the ingredients out that you’re going to use b/c realistically that’s part of the time it takes & the cooking process.

If you scoop out a little of the inside of your muffin making a shallow well the egg will fit and cook perfectly!

If you grind the chia seeds separately the clean up is easier.
I'd love to see some lunches that can be made ahead or quickly and then packed up to take to work or whatever. I'm horrible about making my lunch ahead of time and then I end up ordering lunch most of the time. I'd love to get into better habits with that.
