My 57 Chevy, “Sinister” - A Chat With Patrick Laughlin On The Way To Mecum

Patrick’s owned this 57 Chevy since 2010. He first bought it to be a father/son project to help him unwind after combat deployments with the Army.
They wanted to build a completely custom 57 that was blacked out to the max, and totally Sinister.
Years went by and the project stalled out. In 2022, Patrick took part in a TV, My Dream Car, where he took the car from his father, finished it, then surprised him with it.
Unfortunately the car gave him problems and it made its way back to Patrick. So he and the team at Conquer Custom gave it a complete makeover. A rocking new supercharged LS 6 speed drivetrain was installed, the body reworked and repainted, all of the wiring and electronics once again redone, and Sinister was a whole new monster.
Now at its pinnacle, the car is heading to Mecum Auctions! Lot # S205, it rolls across the block on Saturday July 13th 2024. We will see if there’s anyone in the room that appreciates what it took to build the baddest 57 Chevy on the planet!
