- Here is a bartender making kind of a pop old-fashion cocktail.
O my god!! he was making one cocktail for four minutes at City Space bar, a-a-a-a-a!! He's touching the ice with naked hands, oh no-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o...!! He's using Jim Beam, a-a-a-a-a....!
Relax, it's just a fucking cocktail;)
That was probably the most fancy old-fashion I've ever seen XD
Except he used Jim beam 🤔🤔
quantity over quality
People are talking about time I see. Their boss obviously wants quantity over quality.
Looks amazing! I️ wish my bar allowed for that amount of time to make cocktails. American guests don’t have that kind of patience. I️ wish they did because the results are amazing!
Jack Rockwell go to a real bar not many left. But we have then
It's obviously a slow night with no one on the bar top. This bartender took his time for the camera, and was still a bit sloppy.
chris helms What drink is it and what did he do wrong?
this is a service bar witch means the customers are not in front of the bar they are sitting at a table thats why you can take that long
cause you're probarbly in some commercial nightclub with lots of young drinkers, try applying for a more exclusive place
3:43 "The holy water"
Bruh
Only water
That bar set up is so nice!
Dang, that outside view looked amazing!
shit so fancy i need a second monocole
Damn I love electroswing Q_Q
It’s jazz
its electroswing, sounded like caravan palace. and then a jazz piece
Its Parov Stelar
I agree
I'm pretty sure it's caravan palace
Loved the video. Cocktail looks amasing, respect for the ice.
Keep the videos coming!
that ice scraping sound tho...feels good man
Nice video as always man, please upload more frequently if possible
so soft, so fluid
They work so smooth
Damn, this is so peeeerfect! I feel an incredible satisfaction when I'm watching the video ^^
>So, what do you do in life?
- I cut off the sides of ice cubes.
Finally a new video
Holy shit that bar looks amazing and the view! I would love to spend my day there
i dont know why but this is really satisfying to watch
Обожаю Пина Коладу у вас. Отличное заведение!
Hahaha, i love that description.
I swear to god I’d only ask for a drink just to see how it’s made. It’s mesmerizing!
It’s decided I wanna be a Bartender!
the ice sound is kinda satisfying
Спасибо что делаешь эти видео, продолжай, сити вдохновляет, с радостью там бы хотя бы побэчил!) Крутые видео
That guys got the smoothest, coldest cubes in Moscow.
Yum old fashioned ! I have also seen the orange peel roasted with a Zippo lighter used before being dropped in the drink

you just know when individuals love thier jobs
new russian bartender simulator looks great...
just kidding, this looks awesome!
the music, dynamic camera, and the way you use your hands... salute from Korea sir!
Yo this was uploaded on my birthday
also loved the vid
I wish I had 4+ minutes to make one drink...
nice work.
Great video! Could you list all the ingredients? Was the sugar component honey or maybe agave syrup? I also noticed two different bitters, was one orange and the other angostura? then you splashed something in just before adding ice, what was that? Thanks!
i was happy to hear clap your hands in the background.
first i was like wth he doing with the ice..ok he just shaved all the ice then threw it away...then threw the block in the ice bin...dahell...then at the end i was like...this man is jesus...
better of got ATLEAST $10 tip for that one drink...
John King lmao this is exactly what was going through my head as well😂💀💀
i like your name jo king
I've worked at all kinds of different bars, college bars, high end cocktail bars, etc. From the general public, a drink earns a buck or two in tips. I made more money at the college bars slinging beers and shots in ten seconds based solely off quantity.
He was making it for a server. So it would just be a percentage of the price of the drink, taken from the server's tips.. At least that is how it's done in America. Idk the nuances of Russian service industry lol
he shaved ice to make it look like a gem which is what lots of bartenders do why should he get a tip for doing it first then waiting?
Excellent!!! Wow! I'm new in the community, your work is amazing!, tanks for this video.
PD: My inglish no is very well. :)
You make this job seem so cool 😍
The cutting of that ice gave me goosebumps.....
That is beautiful!!!
Would you ever be able to show how to make some of your garnishes? Ive seen you do that orange peel before and it looks really impressive.
nice video man. What are you filming from?
I know that you're not really industry anymore but your precision to detail is amazing, as it should for the type of bar that you worked in and the price it should be like that, I can only imagine what its like when you're getting slammed
HANDS SO FANCY
It's a good thing your at what looks like a(slow) restaurant, at any pub or dive bar my girl and friends would've been long gone.
This is an awsome Drink !!!
Very insightful
I have never subscribed any faster than that
please please can you make more of these I've watched all of them already !!!!
All I could think is "Look at my hands, my fancy hands. Look at the way I use my fancy hands"
Senior u always made classic cocktails
That electro swing tho too good
Nice!
Beautiful
Thats beautiful
His 2 dudes over there killin it and he's taking his sweet ass time with 1 drink. I woulda been pissed.
Cutting ice is so satisfying
i like how they are playing electro swing in the background
i could probably rip out 6 cocktails by the time this guy finished.
thats a big bussiness deal went perfect drink
3:55 thats an awesome workplace view
Made art of a classic! What type of spirits did you used?
Bro im going to you one day
I like how he always gives a little bit more alcohol than usual 😂
what kind of bitters did you used? nice job as always!!👌👌 i've been waiting for another video😂
HI! Thanks!) Original Angostura and Angostura orange)
Gonzalo Medina orange bitter and angostura
@@mrTolmach what did you add after the bitters? I saw bourbon, syrup, bitters, and then ???.
Thats magic!
easy to comment behind a keyboard...thank u big professionist!!!
This looks like a video game
Still think you should ore make the Ice Balls, they come out just as clear if done right .
But respect Mr . Tolmach
I just saw this video and i hoy pretty interested in what kind of old fashioned is it, seems delicious
Btw does anyone know the name of the second song??
That's my dream job.
*Tips Glass and Pours soda gently on the edge*
Me: I AM A BARTENDER.
Krasiwo!
Wow where is that location ? Looks pretty nice !
awesome
4:14 what .a classy glass❤
In regards to the Jim Beam, that is a cocktail, a denaturated spirit with sugars and bitters to make it taste more pleasant. I know that probably a Buffalo Trace or a Makers would make it a bit tastier, but this would double the price too.
Thanks for youf opinion;)
more satisfying than these "satisfy videos"
This is my dream job
Damn, now no other old fashioned is going to impress me.
And what did you use instead of sugar ? Was that honey or maple syrup?
What bar plays that music!? I HAVE TO GO THERE NOW!
How do you make ice look so clear like that? Mine always has like so white crystals in the middle it’s never completely clear
ivan olvera You need to take a termobox with thik walls so ice begin frozing from up to down, not from all sides to center. And then you need just take out your ice when it frosed on half of box. Hope I wrote understandable;)
used to woks in a night club like this in Montreal , love the jazzy vibe , but when you finish at 4 am its kinda bad for your health . RIP
What camera is he using to record 🤔
Cool i heard of round.. ice cubez.. i seen them on UA-cam... there cool... looking...
What kind of knives are those. The ones in the samurai sword looking ones
I wish that someday, I will be that rich to come to that type of places every weekend :D
that'll be one kidney please
cool video
nice skills!
Curious, what does a bartender at a place like this make a week/year?
Nice 😍😍😍
footage like this with each ingredient displayed at the time the bartender is using it, would be awesome. i would subscribe for that.
What do you mean? Can explain better?
so when he is using the lemon zest for example the screen could display in text (lemon zest) or (3 dashes of bitters) (30ml Jim beam) on the screen or just list the ingredients because i like to learn about whats going in the drinks.
yeh i subscribed anyway coz this footage is good! hope to see more
@@jakesharp3072 Oh okay;) actually in new videos I am commenting all movements and shareing recepies as well)
Whatever you earn it’s not enough!!!
lol I didn't know parov stelar was that popular over there XD
Fuck the layout of that bar. He had to reach super far for everything and make drinks on a service that didn't even have a spill mat. Really cool cocktail though, looks super cool, just not exactly horribly efficient in my opinion.
Magic
How long does it take to do closing duties on
THAT bar??????????
Please tell me what peeler you’re using
1 minute and 35 seconds in and he was still playing around with the ice.
That old fashioned had so many components what did you even put in there
that'll be $72.50
What kind of orange peeler is that? Thank you
круто делаешь)
