Nice to see dips and push-ups in this list. Both are super underrated. Weighted decline push-ups are one of my choices. I use dumbbells a lot since I workout at home, and chest flys are a staple in my routine. I don't think I could do your push-up challenge. I like to go slow and pause for that extra burn.
A lot of people hated me because I didn’t show any love for dips in one of the previous videos😂. That’s why I decided to make it up to them. By the way, did you try the challenge?
@GymHybrids. chest day landed on Monday so the challenge hasn't been tried. Friday is tricep day, but I like to focus more on the long head since it's one that doesn't get worked that much.
I have shoulder issues due to a ligament issue (slips into the joint at times). For safety, I don't do overhead or incline movements. The decline bench press does not hurt. So, it's a "go to" for me. For flat, I use dumbbells. The angle change is great for relieving shoulder stress.
My shoulders are all goofed up…most of these i cant do without a lot of acute and lingering pain. Ive tried form variations really concentrating on pinching the shoulder blades, etc. Good info though.

@@CubesForCubes Calisthenics is a great option! I was a calisthenics athlete for over 4 years. Just make sure to stick to the basic moves first and master them before moving on to advanced exercises and skills. You need a strong foundation first
Yes, I have calisthenics videos on the channel. You can scroll down and watch them. However, if you have a specific question, let me know, and I’ll do my best to answer as quickly as possible.

@@buckroger6456 Do you train chest only ones a week?
@GymHybrids. yeah. Pretty much everything is broken down to once a week. I do chest for around 1 hour. I'll be real sore for the next 2-3 days.

It’s great that you know your weak points and work around them. Make sure never to push yourself if you’re feeling pain. How did you get injured?
Thank you so much man
You are welcome! Did you like the video?

Mine too
I switched to Olympic rings shoulder issues fixed on rings
Band flexes helped me
Then gradually inc sets of weights.
Jonni shreve on UA-cam tipped me
How did you get injured?
Did the rings completely fix the pain issue?
Did the use of bands help you fix the problem long term?
Dips for life 💪🏼❤️
