Something: “very hard”
Kieran: *Lets try it without any training*
Yeah lol
I mean, it makes for the perfect excuse of not doing it well
I am your 200th like
@Crxucial really? Man I was thinking he was Fernandinhos replacement. Or like someone like McTominay! Bloody hell you've ruined my day!
@Crxucial couldn't care less
me laughing at him fail while chowing down on a bag of crisps
Try it for yourself mate
@Jonny Mckee Thats mental I was doing the same exact thing
Chips*
same but i’m eating a jaffa cake multipack
Hahahahahahaha
This just shows the levels premier league players are at!
Which You tuber would smash this challenge?
You should do it with Scotty P
Street panna
Ben Foster
Alphonso Davies
@Priyank Rao smart
To be fair with out any training he was really close to all of them
Yeah honestly
His pushups were terrible though, with proper pushups he wpuld have like 30 which is still very very good for a non pro athlete though
Yeah tbf he did very well
@@notorib128 really 😂
tbf you don't really need to be a Premier League level footballer to achieve most those targets. I used to play football myself semi pro level and below and most players would be able to pass most these tests, except the VO2 Max probably
you should do these challenges everyday for a week or 30 days and see what the results are
You would need recovery days... these are meant to be maximal
@@DonCangoo yeah
@@DonCangoo I completely agree with u, although I think it would be a cool video idea to see how it goes!
Ye good idea
@@charlieburns9202 cool or not, overworking your muscles isnt healthy for development
doing these everyday would be counterintuitive to any growth
Quality video as always mate!👊

Jimmy Milner is like 37 and still has the same athleticism as phil foden
He is and always has been a model professional, he'll make a fantastic coach when he retires
hes 35

You mean James milner?
The worst thing about the bleep test is that if you're trying, and unless you can comfortably complete the whole thing like a freak, you're always going to feel dead after it. Whether you're overweight and tapping out at 5 or an athlete and hitting 15, you're always going to feel shit at the end. In conclusion, fuck the bleep test.
i personally love the beep test...
I think my mother raised a madman
I think Kieran got the scores a little wrong there. 14 is considered very bad in the top leagues, I got to stage 14 at 16 years old.
@@mattisolsenfenstad6267 yeah i think ur right
in texas we call it the pacer
In the US we call it the pacer, and normally the boys usually get around 50-70.

Me: *trying every exercise in my room*
Hahahaha same
Lol
Ffs ive been exposed aswell 😂
Same same 😂
I was a local football player and believe me even at lower level the fitness test is really tough because when the coach are watching at you, it gives extra pressure
But at the same time, it gives you motivation to keep pushing yourself
I don’t really get pressured so I would do well
6:19 he says it’s 0.2s but it’s actually 0.02s difference, I thought someone else would’ve pointed it out by now but it really annoyed me so I had to put it in the comments :)
thx mate i was looking for this comment
@@adamghanem1207 same lol
😂😂😂☝️❤The anger
Bleep test is brutal, remember having to do that in pe 😂
They banned it in America 😂
And yet my coach still does it practice #1 and #4 each season
@@deven9565 what no I still had to do it 😭
@@deven9565 did they actual?

@Beyond Added Time maybe but I doubt it lol
I'm glad to know I meet the fitness requirements to play in the premier league. Now I just need the talent xD
Maguire: Hold my flip flap
I mean without training, he did a very good job so close as well with some of them
I love the commitment this man puts into these videos.
So much versatility in your vids I love it
Lets aprecciate how much time he spends to make these videos
This one probably didn't take that long
It was more of the effort really
"The fitness gram pacer test is a multi level fitness test..."
Really good job. Although you didn’t pass a lot of them you did much better than the vast majority of people can and it was really inspiring to see you get so close because although you might not have beat a lot of them, you still were very close to the scores of professional players known world wide. Good job.
Thanks for the motivation. Videos like this definitely push me to exercise
I like how he is doin the premier league fitness test and wearing a Juventus jersey :)
and the jersey just like glow in the dark
You are such a creative content creater ❤️
Was literally planking while watching this, double the pain
Same lol. I love to watch videos while I plank cause it distracts me from the pain
It's easier then I thought it would be for 2 minutes but it still hurt like crap
@@dylangrorud363 💪💪you'll get there I use that technique now I can successfully pull out a 5 min plank

Amazing content Kieran, keep it up!
Kieran with another banger
Fair play to the lad for putting it out there. Just shows what elite athletes can do.
I have watched kieran's channel growth... Also with his hair. Love from India bro
Just a tip, for the t test you’re supposed to touch every come every time you pass it and you are supposed to shuffle sideways rather than run forward and at the end you are supposed to run backwards rather than turn 180° and run forward. But good video
Quality content regualr videos... Kieran is back seriously...🖤🖤🖤
I love your vids bro and keep up the good work
Imagine where you'd be if you trained as they have.
You're at a level far above the average person Kieran, that's for sure.
Thanks for uploading quickly , keep up the great work
pretty good score bro, the one attained the test mostly play everyday and train everyday to full fitness. you really did good
Keiran coming back to quality videos💥😍
2 minute plank is piss easy, whereas 40 press ups is really impressive
Wait what I thought 40 was just “good” if anything, or meh
@@avery6536 40is good
I can do 43push ups in a min
my best plank is 8 bloody minutes but 40 is good
Whilest it's a bit on the high end I think it's easier than plank for 2 minutes lol.. It's much more natural to have arm muscles developed (than abs and lower back)
3:51 glad he did pass one challenge atleast!
Looks like an amazing vid idea Kieran keep it up bro
Well done I just noticed you and you inspired me to keep trying with all my trainings
5:16 top quality filming right there!
After every test
Kieran: *fails*
Also Kieran: I'll take that
Good to know the requirements...Well done on your attempt, not bad considering👍🏽
Seeing the beep test gave me Vietnam flashbacks from soccer conditioning
Same except it’s more like ptsd of kidnapping but still living on the same street t cuz I’m still going through it lol
I’d die in the first 5 seconds no exaggeration.
Make a video of training like a professional footballer for a week plssss
I think it goes without saying but each of these is the mark of the top 1% of athletes. Kieran getting close with no training is very impressive, and if you can’t do any of these, you’re in the boat with most of us. I train my body every day for over an hour and find most of these to be quite difficult.
You’re just the best kieran🤩
You were very close on a lot of these mate!
top notch again
Love the vids man
Great effort, these tests are tough
amazing vids mate and its hard to be a premier league footballer
Nice vid! Keep it up!
I was like kieran but training made me different + i did these tests before and it was so good to know your athletic performance
I like how he keeps it real
Your content so good
Welcome back to the 🦌

As preseasons kick off, very interesting watch, well done mate😅
This guys actually so entertaining lol
That’s sooooo good mate
Id be happy if I was able to complete this without dying

doing the PREMIER LEAGUE test in a juventus kit
u crack me up mate
keep it up lol
7:50 I'm from the US and from elementary to high school every student is expected to do the "pacer test" which test your stamina
Funny how 2.3 meters in standing long jump is considered good when track athletes jump over 3 meters with ease...
It is minimum requirement.
Track athletes train their entire life for that. Bolt's football career summed it up that being fit doesn't necessarily mean that he could play football
Damn ir's absolutely crazy that track and field athletes are better at track and field than atheltes of other sports
Love your plays

Kieran: Try Premier League test
Also Kieran: Wearing Juventus
Big fan bro love from India ❤️
Quality mate. Well done.
From little bit of more practice you can easily pass all the test mate ❤️
Nice video bro👌
Doing the PREMIER LEAGUE fitness challenge in a JUVENTUS shirt 😂😂😂
Shush
Sick vid u should of done it against an academy player or something like that 🔥
We got to consider that he did all these tests in just one single day, one after the other. Premier Leaugue players do one these test at least once a month. Great video, Kieran.
Cool video, love the idea. But the 'static jump test' was actually a countermovement jump, not a static jump, and the bleep test bugged me because of the amount of times you turned and continued without the beep... but other than that, loved it. (I'm a sport student, don't @ me)
Can you explain the intricacies of both drills in detail? I'm genuinely curious
@@omar94khan the countermovement jump is what he did, which consists of starting in an upright position, bending the knees and jumping in one fluid motion with hands on the hips, whereas the static jump is the same but starting in a half-squat and holding it for 1-2 seconds before jumping, with hands on hips. The static jump provides raw power from the legs but countermovement jump adds extra momentum so isn't quite as accurate at calculating true power
The bleep test still traumatises me after being forced to do it every year at secondary school =(
I didn't understand what it's all about. What is it exactly?
@@jm-je4tl So there is a distance of 20m - in the video from one cone to the other - and you have to run from one end to the other before the beep. There are 10 beeps per level and it gradually gets faster and faster.
Level 1 is pretty much a fast walk.
Level 2 is a gentle jog.
Levels 3-5 is where it starts to become like exercise and this is where most of the fat kids in our school would bow out in shame.
Levels 6-8 is normally when you start to feel fatigued and this was about the school average. At this point you’ve heard the beep 80 times and the horrible, emotionless voice on the tape booms around the school hall telling you for the 8th time that it’s a new level.
Levels 8-10 was where the majority of kids that played football/rugby would have to stop as you’re now having to sprint to the other end and your legs are basically jelly after all the bullshit from levels 1-8.
Level 10-12 was only achieved by a few and they were mostly long-distance runners. By this point the fat kids had already showered and changed and were waiting for the last kid to drop out so class would end. Good times.
Sorry for the long post.
@@Rygabo no need to apologize. Thanks a lot! I now get it.
This explanation is spot on😂
Oh i still remember the bleep test in my school. I have done it once in my life and cant exactly remember when i stopped, must be around level 9-10. I laughed my ass off when some class mates gave up at lvl 3-5, i couldnt imagine how early can someone give up. This shows how fat % is so game changing, and i know my fat % is below average for my age. It was fun and interesting in the first try, but upon finishing it you never ever want to do it again.
bro i like he wad so honest
my body aches and screams while watching this- good job!
Last year we did a beep test for pe, my teacher ended up joining us, me and my teacher were the last ones. I ended up beating my teacher by 1 full point. He got 11 and I got 12. I was quite proud of myself but since then I’ve lost a lot of fitness.
I did the beep test when i was 16, i think i got to 10.8
Now at 36, i'm hoping to still be able to not hurt my knees !
That was really good. You didn't spend 19 hours spouting pish at the start of the video or anything, and the video was really well done :) Nice one!
Like without training that’s pretty good I always watch your videos and are motivated to try Avery thing you do after then I realise I can’t do it 😂
Is no one gonna talk about how far apart his arms are when he does the push ups
i was about to comment this lmao his push up form was not the best...
If he follows that form he might end up ina injury
yeah terrible form.
Also not a lock on the top which is important because it makes it way harder en that’s how the players do it and how it’s supposed to be done
@@kalyanakumarinagarajan9899 it won’t cause an injury it just works different muscles. I do every sort from wide arms pushed forward in front of me to narrow below my rib cage, they all work a different point.
Me being a liverpool fan:👉👈👉👈😳😳
Nice video Kieran!
great video - great camera angles too! new sub here 😊
😍
With Liverpool at the start, I thought u were going to get injured
Underrated
3:41 put the sound straight into GTA. 😂 Well done though 👏
Kieran Brown never misses
im so unfit that this video already makes me tired XD
In our school we have to do the bleep test and my highest was 10.8, people don't understand how hard it is hahah
The yo-yo test is even worse. I always looked forward to doing the bleep test, but I've always loved running so I could be weird lol
It’s not even hard
My highest was 13.8
I was about 10 yrs old
@@TkrzTT Some schools do it on smaller distances than the official, that must be your case
Pretty good effort in all honesty. Re vo2max - I have a Garmin smartwatch which estimates mine at 51. Several fitness youtubers have mentioned how accurate the watch is at estimating so maybe you want to give that a try
What a sudden end, now we know that it burned too bad for you to even end the video properly 😹 maybe I'll try this test. Thanks so much for making the video, hope to see more interesting content 🙆🏾♂️
Anyone else from Canada who watch all his vids?
Me lol
Could've done more pushups if he tucked his elbows 👍🏻
Yeah that press up form was brutal on his elbows
When you really think about it you did amazing!
