I always supplemented my sports with weight training since my teens in the 80s, but I’ve since learnt the importance of diet and flexibility too. I now continue this to stay healthy, keep moving, lifting, stretching... and proper rest too. Good luck lads!
I have been doing these workout trust me everyone if you want to be a strong, and a fast Athlete try it, it really helps me on the pitch. Thank you so much for this video.
I’ve told myself if I have a son and IF he wants to be a pro football player I will instill all the attributes needed into him to become a pro footballer. I wanted to become a pro footballer myself but I didn’t have the support.
Physical is a component of the game for me the soul of the game is in the joy and technical side and creativity and playing side of the game and winning of course u can even be a little overweight or not physicaly a beast like zidane or iniesta if youre really good with the ball on your feet u can still boss it around . Even like De bruyne, a real G of a player. (Id like to see a documentary on kevin debruyne). ! thats kind of how i understand the game also, by playing winning, pressing, football IQ etc..... A good frame for that is the pysical interesting video look forward to more on different aspects them.
@@aanishparmar8341 zidane had so much control and feel for the ball , magical touch.that he didnt need to be physically big or fast, he controlled the midfield with his quality his touch his feel for the ball his futbol iqq and his passing vision cheers
This is great and everything but in my experience it's stuff like the John Terry workout that gets you fit. This'll help you get strong and fast off the mark, but there's no worse feeling that blowing out your backside after the first twenty minutes.
What if you don’t play soccer but you like the training..I got sick of training purely for aesthetics and started doing Change of direction drills, and training in the gym like a soccer player would, not just to look pretty. I wonder how to balance aesthetics with performance
Go ask pros, most of us here never made it very far in football. Send emails and call coaches and keep asking questions. But remember information without application is useless. So focus on the basics until u are the best u can be. Set goals, eat healthy, get good sleep, and always do your homework
Don’t compare yourself to any other player and remember that the only player you need to be better than is the player you we’re yesterday. Grind everyday and strive for improvement every single day! Good luck
are you joined in a football academy, or is it just "for fun" sunday league? if you're not in a football academy, then you should. a serious football academy has program to shape their youth to became a pro.. you might need to pay if you are considered "not gifted" (not scouted and offered scholarship) pay to be trained and shaped is not necessarily a bad thing, not gifted at very young age doesn't mean you cannot develop yourself to be great player in the future (gifted = leo messi, hard work = CR7)
Good video but I think you might be mistaken about the number of games😂 Most players who have had more than 10 year careers haven't even played 500 games in such a time period. Mind you these are players who on average play in three quarters of their teams games.
She mentioned how high can Christiano Ronaldo jumb, check out how ennassiri youssef the Moroccan player has the highest record of jumping ever, Ronaldo looks nothing comparing to him👌🏼
Me reading this comment not knowing if I should feel pity or scold you for the self pity. Come on, there are better reasons to work out than just trying to become a pro. I guess (eating fries here on my bed)
Goretzka is just a bad example. Since Goretzka growed muscles he is only injured to be honest. Muscle size does just nothing in football. Many footballers dont even know how to work out ( Benzema workout routine) for example and he is one of the best players in the world. And some are huge ( Adama Traore) and bring nothing else to the table. In my opinion a functional training does make sense, like to come back from injurys or for regeneration, but overall size will do nothing in this sports. If you wanna become a professional football player it is about playing football with the ball on the feet 24/7. Running, with and without the ball. The gym is like 1% of it overall
I am sorry, your channel is starting to get boring. Why are you guys not uploading any videos related to upcoming world cup? We're less than 2 months away.
