i knew she will say Gatorrade for replenishment, Gatorrade is bad news, just because it is commercialized doesn't mean it is good for you....Best drink next to water, is coconut water, also sugarcane juice, some apple juice mixed with water and some ginger...those are the drinks that should be recommended...These Nutrionists will all tell you the same. They are so into what the school system teaches them.
Rightly said...Gatorrade is not good at all....All hype. Banana, coconut water are good options.
Water + Salt + A squeeze of your favourite fruit's juice, and that's an electrolyte drink you have there
