    • @spidermid3003

      However, a sum of it does come from genetics. If you watched a movie based around GGG called Two Days, his opponent lost by KO and in the dressing room the first thing he even mentioned was how hard GGG could punch.

    • @spidermid3003
      @spidermid3003 5 років тому +6

      Mesiiah E It’s still within genetic potential. Have you ever seen a guy with 5’0 parents who’s 6’2 or something? Same works with body build and the extent of which you can build the muscle in your shoulders.

    • @mesiiahe7350
      @mesiiahe7350 5 років тому +66

      @@spidermid3003 No, that is NOT how it works. Your genetics dictate your muscle insertions, or how your muscles look. They don't dictate your fast twitch muscle fibers, which aid in explosive strength. Your fast twitch muscle fibers are simply based on the way you train. You're obviously not a fighter or a bodybuilder, so don't speak on what you don't know. People are so quick to blame genetics for where they lack. Their giant egos can't fathom that just MAYBE, they don't know everything and aren't training to their fullest extent. Don't be THAT guy.

    You can see why this bloke can take such a banger of a shot to the chin and still doesn't get knocked out. The amount of proper, dedicated neck training he does. Ross Enamait wrote a whole article on this very thing, develop monstrously strong neck musculature and you'll generally be harder to ping out.
    Good display lads.

    • @spidermid3003
      @spidermid3003 4 роки тому +1

      @@KylarShaw It has very little to do with the neck. Neck training is done best with a full range of motion. What you're seeing is a boxer repping close to 70% of his weight on his chin and literally bouncing, multiplying the amount of force on his chin. I can only think of 2 boxers on the top of my head capable of doing that, that being Marvin Hagler and Vitali Klitschko. Even then, I doubt that Vitali could bounce his weight on his chin, however having 70% of your bodyweight being supported by your chin alone is a feat on it's own, especially in the 200+ range.

    So much racism in the world that's why I love boxing no matter if youre a racist you can appreciate the talent of an individual I always felt like boxing could do that more than any sport many fighters many backgrounds and many different characteristics that make us love different fighters and it could show that we all are warriors inside no matter what race or color. I know this might seem random but just been alot going on lately in terms of race that it really makes me happy to see some brothers and ggg just putting in the old hard work of boxing. I'm Hispanic myself and well just hate racism hope my comment doesnt come off the wrong way
