subbed. thanks for the short video my man, best of luck in your training and tournaments! I do burpees with sprints, try this and lemme know what you think. 2 burpees with push ups, sprint to a desginated cone, 4 burpees, sprint back, 6 etc, all the way to 10 then go back down the pyramid. add weight or reps for harder challenge
Great video and advice, would you do this workout between your martial arts training sessions or at the end of the week when you can have a day off the next day like Sunday? Did the tiredness ever affect negatively your performance on the matt?
It depends on the athlete and their own work capacity. For me personally I can do a strength or sprint session with a lower intensity and still perform on the mats. Now if you’re newer to training and don’t have the capacity I recommend splitting up your martial arts training and strength & conditioning sessions on days you don’t train martial arts. Hope this helps
The problem is that I’m not new to training but still struggling to recover (44 year old purple belt that’s why😀) Thank you for your advice and good luck with your upcoming match, you ll do great!
I like the minimalist approach, ...no fancy equipment needed; skipping rope, barrier for plyometrics, bleachers or stairs a big field.
Good Job 👍
Nice video brother keep up the good work
Good stuff. Thanks! Good luck on your tournament
Thank you. Love it!
Awesome! Good luck with your upcoming matches!
