If you have an extra guitar cable or a headphone jack thingy and put it in the phones thingy on the pedal it will make the pedal sound extreamly better
I'm can't figure out how to stop the pause in the loop. I have about 2 to 3 second pause in my loop before it starts playing again. I want it to play continually so I can put my lead in it.
You have to press the loop pedal at the same time as when you start the chord progression, as in simultaneously. When you are playing the end of the loop, you almost have to continue it right to the beginning of it and hit the pedal at the same time as when you play the first beat of the beginning. It takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Happy looping!

What I've been doing is I set the knobs on my amp to 0 except the volume and totally depends on the pedal. I'm a beginner, so does it mean that the amps function would lose its purpose because I've been using the effects pedal?..Thanks
1032patrick Every amp is going to have its own voice so even adjusting only the pedal, and not the amp, you may not get the sound you are looking for. Once the EQ'd signal hits the amplifier it will be affected in some way. The amplifier EQ flat is a good place to start, but there's no harm in adjusting some of the EQ from the amp. There's no right or wrong way to do it. Just experiment.
I use this multiefect plugged directly into a 15" 1000w Mackie speaker, I turn off the speaker eq, I use the headphone port with a 1/4 TRS cable to XLR. (Because I use the BOSS ME-25 AMPs) Another way I've used too is with a Direct Box, this way I send the audio signal from the Multieffects into the mixer, I only have notice I need to put more volume on the patches of the ME-25, like 60%, and if I use my speaker I need to put the master volume between 9 or 10 o'clock (before the half volume), and this way sound great for live playing, the default presents and volume sound great for recording, this is how it works great for me!
how can i find the freeze effect? it only goes to Wah. and for that matter can i add the freeze to any effect, also add delay or reverb to any effect? cuz im abut to return this pos
When in Edit mode, switch to Pedal Fx by pressing down on the expression pedal until the light beside it starts flickering. Turn the variation knob to 4, and there you have it. Might as well read the manual before complaining.
The Boss ME series still holds up in 2022. Mainly because if it's great Effects. Delay, mod, reverb etc... I still use it for pop, Rock, indie, country. Killer

Nah. Gone back to my trusty POD 2.0. Couldn't be arsed with all the fiddling and tweaking of settings. Having to go into edit mode to access the 3 band EQ really put me off it. I just want three clear knobs to turn. Good for musicians playing on stage I guess, if you have the patience to dial in a good tone beforehand. But if you are playing live you would probably want something higher up the line. Affordable though.

Well. This is a fantastic pedal. Not too hardly to use. But instead of use the presets of library, I prefer to create my own, presets, with my own settings... And sound better!!
The output is guitar signal level and would need a DI in most cases. I would probably go with a DI that has speaker cabinet simulation as well, since direct guitar signal doesn’t always sound like you’d expect. The guitar amp really adds a lot to what you hear. The GT-100 can be run direct and sounds great that way without any other gear.
