Free Full body Calisthenics Workout for Strength and Size

  • This is my Free Full body Calisthenics Workout for Strength and Size. I recently joined a new gym and wanted to switch up my full calisthenics workout and try some new exercises and have fun. I'm more focused on strength so know to perform at my best I need to have a 3min rest min between sets but know this can make my workout take a longer time so I've adopted what rest time is used on the recommended routine on the bodyweight fitness reddit page. I think this creates a good balance between rest time and overall workout time but if I find my performance starts to slip I may increase the rest time between sets to 2 mins. I am doing this calisthenics full body workout twice a week and sometimes it will be 3 times a week as I'm dedicating two workouts a week to just cardio. My calisthenics workout plan is calisthenics workout one day, cardio the next time and then a day off and repeat. Depending on how I feel I make add extra rest day but I'm open to adapting that structure.
    The full body calisthenics workout
    1st circuit
    Chest to bar pull ups , bar muscle up first ( for fun)
    5-8 reps
    90 second rest
    step/pistol box squat
    5-8 reps
    90 seconds rest
    Repeat for 3 total sets
    2nd circuit
    Ring dips , ring muscle up first ( for fun)
    5-8 reps
    90 second rest
    GHD ( Glute ham developer )
    10 reps adapted for hamstring tweak
    5-8 reps
    90 second rest
    Repeat for 3 total sets
    3rd circuit
    Hspu ( handstand pushup)
    5-8 reps
    90 second rest
    ring inverted row with pause
    5-8 reps
    90 second rest
    Repeat for 3 total sets
