Instructions to add the runelite profile: Download the file under this and add it to C/Users/.../.runelite/profiles2 folder. Go to runelite and next to your plugins tab there are profiles. Import the same file you just downloaded and you should have agility training profile setup.

UPDATE! The Window Opacity feature only worked with certain configurations that were removed this week with the runelite update. It seems though Runelite is aware of this and they will put it back in the near future. The method doesn't work right now but should be available again in the next few weeks.

Nobody loves agility. Aids trash skill that should be deleted along with energy regen speed. Put shortcuts behind diaries and lock energy regen behind weight. Make graceful a minigame reward.
Cant wait for someone to make a plugin to turn this on and off easier without having to worry about different profiles or remembering to revert settings back after.

Blindfold plugin saves a lot of effort on dimming things. Entity hider for everything. Camera > [expand pitch limit] enables vertical camera. Hide widgets plugin lets you hotkey hide all interfaces.
Rooftop Agility Improved is now labelled unstable and not accessible.

This legit changed the way I’m doing agility. I hate this skill but doing it in the background while watching Gielinor Games make it soo much better.
I'd love to see them rebalance old agility courses aside from rooftop so we have more variety, I have fond memories of doing Ape Atoll Agility back in the day (also yes I like agility)

Do not use 117... use Green Screen. It's just the same just less checkboxes and you get to choose background color

It’s the same thing as rooftop but you can’t see the building or your character lol
And here I've been using the pip (picture in picture) my 2007 Samsung tv has to have it permanent ontop of my shows/movies and afk skill with a wireless mouse, taped the censor, and click it every so often as i found several 1 click training spots for most skills

@@7evive Wilderness monkey bars, gnome climbing net, several obstacles in brimhaven, shortcuts, the building north of yanille, ect. Xp ranges from 4.8k-31k xp/hr without having to move the mouse at all.

I haven't tried this, but might work with the "Hide Widgets" plugin, that should hide every interface

I tested this out with the blindfold plugin and I couldn't find a way to showcase the green agility boxes on your screen, everything dissappears with that plugin
@@KriibusRS hmmmm wouldve sworn that worked ahwell on its own its definately my preference, coick next green etc only see what you need is great for focus. So good vid still^^

Here me out. There's an actually full AFK method for this. I'm sure most players don't want to use a bot client, but there's an easier way. Some of the agility shortcuts actually grant experience. Heck I just did the digsite quest and just climbing down the winch gives 2. (Find a better one, don't automate 2 exp lol) but fr, all you need to do is find a camera angle that keeps an agility shortcut on the mouse before and after and use an auto clicker. I just looked it up, there's one that gives 18 exp and has no fail chance. So if you can auto click that and we assume it takes 2s. That's (3600 / 2) × 18 = 32,400 exp per hour. For running an auto clicker. When I get to that place I'll see if I can set it up lol. Maybe I can be the hero of the people, but then jagex will change it anyway haha

it's ass that there's no runelite client on mobile, even if runelite didn't exist playing on mobile is so aids idk how people do it. don't get me wrong, it's super fucking awesome that it even exists but just personally it doesn't suit me unless i'm just doing simple click grinding
