One thing I did not see mentioned and would add is the blast furnace pedals. Unlocked at lvl-30 and is a true one click then afk method which is amazing! It's only 6k xp/hr so not great for higher levels but for anyone around level 30 agility I highly recommend trying it. This method works especially well if you have some gp to throw into energy pots to continue pedaling an maintaing the xp rate of 6k/hr, or if you truly afk and have a piece or two of graceful as you will immediately start regening energy after it hits 0 kicking you off the pedals. Lower level agility accounts will have graceful pieces sooner than ever as well now that the early courses drop marks, making this method better than ever for any early agility trainers who like afk agility xp.

I recently have been training from around level 85 and I recommend the brimhaven course, it's much easier to get most of the xp rate even over longer periods of time so it's way closer to the rooftop courses than you'd think while being way more chill and you get a few hundred K an hour too depending on the price of the pirate hook. I've been hitting the 6 hour log with nearly 50k/hr xp while doing other things.
8:47 You can do the Seers rooftop course without potions, you just need a ring of Endurance. I'm 87 agaility and haven't run out of energy while doing the course since like lvl 80.
How much xp/h can be expected for the spike trap spam? Is it 20k/h (the lower bracket of the Brimhaven Arena) + 10% with karamja gloves? Thanks again, nice guide as always.
I actually recently went from 69 to 70 agility by fishing. I was having a real hard time motivating myself to getting that last 70 for Song of the Elves, and I was also angry about still not having the fishing pet past 99, so it was a good way to scratch both irritants, and at least accomplish one (still no Heron).
Drop fish karambwan for heron. My buddy did 26m xp at barb fishing with no heron. Then he seen me get it after 15kish karambwans and he went and got it there within 3 days.
@@xbeliefs4242 I’ve been there plenty too, but I’ll have to go back. Only recently learned that there are three fishing spots for karambwan, not just two. There’s one more a deal further down the coast.

Funny this came out this week, few days ago I was playing an account that’s playing through the games content one update at a time like quests and coll logs, one of my first coll log grinds was the pirate hook and I happened to pull the squirrel as my 24th collection log on the account at 400k agi xp, it’s kinda weird you can even pull the pet in there as you normally can’t have followers inside the arena so the few minutes after I pulled him would be the only chance that little guy could lay eyes on his birthplace
Why do guides never mention Werewolf Agility Course? At lv 60 agility and 80 STR (STR level influences the final obstacle) I have achieved more than 60k xp/h, seems very good to me without the risk of wilderness.
