This is Classic TMT, as I know & love. 4 voices, perfectly matched, in harmony so effortless, one wonders if they even needed to rehearse. ------RIP, Tim Hauser, & Eldorado Caddy. You both are greatly missed. -------MJL, 76 y/o
Class, the likes of which we'll not see or hear, ever again.
The 1st song The Transfer ever learned; it simply isn't better--ever--than this. God Bless You, Tim/ Cheryl/ Janice and Alan, you've given us memories that will truly, live forever. Wolfsky9
Please don't forget Laurel Masse in the mix; she brought so much to MT in the formative years
This is the most beatiful song I ever heard " Blue Champagne" by Manhattan Transfer. The las year were singing in Buenos Aires.Unforgettable. Nothing could sing better than Manhattan Transfer.
No he escuchado otros vocalistas como éstos.
linda historia maesto. saludos del futuro
Fantastic
As always with M. T., tunning voices, great performances. The music is in their hearts and they're still performing around the world.
magnificent !!

qué bellleza viejita querida
very beautiful as usual
The one thing about MT is that they are true Jazz artist's, and every time I see the wacky outfits they wear, it tends to diminish this fact...as they have aged, we've seen their clothing tastes mellow out and this is a good thing, for we see them as the consistent Jazz musicians they've always been. Their theatricality is, and always has been, inside of them.
Thanks to the great Frank Ryerson, who later directed the new Paramus High School , NJ, music department, along w/ a number of other professionals he brought along, as well as the great Norm Allen, making it quite unique to most U.S. school systems, in the arts...and the love & practice, the tradition of music excellence still lives on, carried on, to this day, in the wonderful community of Paramus, NJ, greater NYC Metro area.
Vocal perfection. Just no one better than MT. --------------------Wolfsky9

このライブ見に行きましたよ~!懐かしいです!
Certainly an old favourate.
Donno what they'll play at the Civic Auckland (the best accoustic venue) in February, but whatever it is I have a good ticket.
Breathless.

Answering the question of Mr ofri 75-Performed by Tommy Dorsey too
Nice rendition, but this was Laurel's song. Her voice was flawless in the original. This is a respectful rendition, though.
I agree with you
Can anyone please tell me who was the composer of this song (music) and who wrote the lyrics? Thank you !
Words and Music by Grady Watts, Frank Ryerson and Jimmy Eaton
This style is what TMT should have stuck to. Things went South when they hired that piano player!
