    Today I will be talking about Speed limits. When is a speed limit, not a speed limit? Can we ever legally go over the speed limit, If so, when.     Let's talk about speed limits. The most important thing to remember is that all speed limits are maximums and not targets to be reached. A legal speed limit sign is in a red circle. All red circular signs indicate something that is not allowed, something prohibited. So this sign tells us that we must not drive over 30 mph.
