I think even things that harm or are illegal are hard to use to draw the line. Ex 1: My parents were abusive but they absolutely do not believe they were and they think they did good, because they were less abusive than there parents and we turned out good. Ex 2: spanking is illegal here in France, yet some people firmly believe in it (I don't, but generally speaking laws don't always equal good morals). In any case, my parents are terrible with boundaries it's absolutely an option for me not to let my parents babysit if/when I get children. I've already had to give them ultimatums: I'm trans and I got top surgery in secret becasue I knew they were going to try to stop me otherwise. That was the first thing that made them change towards me. I'm vegetarian and they were not making meat-free meals, so I just said okay, I'm not coming to meals anymore. Now they always have something vegetarian on hand.
There's no reason you should stop giving out Easter baskets / chocolates at any age! We do Easter with my family, either on my mother's or father's side depending on the year, and basically every working-age adults bring everyone else chocolate. But since we only do it if we do see each other, I guess it's the distance thing like Drue. No but that was a funny conversation😄
I am agree with drew need to save money for the future. Regarding Easter Basket my daughter get money or Easter basket from grandparents and one for us that’s it. My husband’s mom stops give Easter basket to her children at 21 years old after that not more Easter Basket for him and his sister.
He’s saying that now but once he sees your grand babies he’s gnna be in head over heels in love with them babies ❤😂
True 😂❤
I love, LOVE you two and your children!!
Thank you so much for watching!!❤
I agree with her, when they have kids I will quit getting easter baskets.
Passing the torch for them to do that to their kids!

I’m sorry you’re going through that ❤ Setting boundaries is so important!
My kids have grandparents but they don’t . They don’t care to see my kids and it hurts . But it is what it is. I won’t be that kind of grandparent ❤
