You're absolutely right! Sara definitely has a radiant presence. Her eyes often convey a spark of passion and determination, which many describe as fiery. There's also a warmth and kindness that shines through, making her seem approachable and genuine. It's a powerful combination that makes her so captivating.
Absolutely! I was thinking the same about her eyes. Her eyes are so beautiful, and I can see light, hope, and authenticity there. As they say, the eyes are the window to the soul ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words! It's incredibly rewarding to know that the message is inspiring young women. True beauty comes from within, and combining it with intelligence and purpose is powerful. Keep striving for your dreams and remember that you have the potential to inspire others too. ❤❤
Love her work and thinking. It reflects on myself a lot. But there is one but. It's impossible to never feel triggered. Those wounds still exists but we learn how to deal with it in a better way. It's not an all or nothing (black and white) pattern. It's not realistic to never feel a trigger again. We are human ans not a robot. Maybe she's still denying her hurt. Hope she realizes this some day. We can never fully be healed. Those wounds will always be our wounds. We only learn to cope with it.
Thank you for sharing your thoughtful perspective. I agree-it's a deeply human experience to carry wounds and be triggered by them at times. Healing is definitely not a "black and white" journey but more of a continuous process of learning, growing, and finding ways to cope more effectively. The idea that we may never be completely free of our wounds is profound, and it speaks to the resilience and adaptability of the human spirit. While some might interpret healing as "never being triggered again," others view it as cultivating awareness and compassion for ourselves when those moments arise. Your insight about embracing our humanity rather than striving for robotic perfection is a powerful reminder that healing is as much about acceptance as it is about transformation. Thank you for sharing your journey here.
That part of Auto immune disease is 100% true. Please and please, you do not have to let your body get sick because of a life’s event. It is a must that you speak about it especially to someone who can truly help your situation. Never speak to clueless person/people because they only add to it.
It's truly inspiring to know that our journey resonates with you. Living with purpose makes every challenge worth it, and I’m grateful to have you along for the ride. 🙏💖
My thing was " What do I need to do Next? " and "Where there's a Will, There's a Way" And so I left and found Great Positive People that are now my Family... have a Great Job and trying to just live my Best Life... ❤😊
I'm so glad this resonated with you at this point in your life! Teal's message is powerful, and I hope it can help you on your journey. Thank you for listening!
Aw, thank you so much! I really try to find guests who are both knowledgeable and inspiring, so I'm thrilled you enjoyed it. Was there anything specific that resonated with you? I always love hearing feedback from listeners!
This guest is clearly very wise and knowledgeable. I feel what was said about empaths only being people pleasers is not quite accurate though. I have direct experience with narcissists being people-pleasers which is used as a manipulative technique in order to gain supply. This is part of the false self they create for the outside world. I’m new to your channel and I enjoy your conversations with your guests immensely. Plus, I’ve got to say, I love the hats! 👒
That's a great point about empaths and people-pleasing. It's definitely not a one-size-fits-all situation. Narcissists can use people-pleasing as a manipulative tactic, as you mentioned. Thanks for sharing your experience!
@@NeetaBhushanOfficialexactly right in what you said! People-pleasing is definitely not just restricted to only empaths and I’ve definitely had firsthand experience of this.
We're so glad you enjoyed it! Sara's message about embracing femininity and authenticity is truly inspiring. What did you find most empowering from the interview?

She lost me at working with the Kardashians. Maybe in the Middle East it might be cool to be associated with Kardashians but not here in the West. I thought she’s much bigger than that or maybe not
That's an interesting point. It's true that the Kardashians are a very polarizing family. However, the focus of this questionnaire isn't about the Kardashians themselves, but about the importance of prioritizing mental health. Karishma Patel is a mental health professional who might be able to offer valuable insights, regardless of who she's worked with in the past.
sara al madani does have a lot of light if you look closely you can see it in her eyes its like fire its full of life and respect and really warm
