Caesar is credited for developing one of the most widely recognized types of ciphers in all of history, the aptly named Caeser Cipher. Which is also a double entendre, since a cipher can refer to a poem or a song.
Basically, hes saying:
"I heard that you have strong insults, but even with my genius, and using my own cipher, I still couldn't understand them"

I really like that they’re doing these things. Like yeah, it’s just compilations of old raps but, like the little rap at the beginning of this, they’re still giving us tidbits of new content that doesn’t take as much work. Another example is the flash in the pan hip hop confliscts of nowadays. Thanks guys.
