Even though they are clearly very intelligent men, they cannot fathom that Dylan murdered their friend, even though it’s the only logical explanation. I fully believe that Joseph and Victor are being truthful in their interviews, and do not come across as people who are trying to cover anything up. Dylan is absolutely guilty.

    Victor is the key to solving this murder. Since he's the only one who didn't change his name, he's probably the innocent one. Now that he and Joseph are no longer together, the police should get him to talk by"tickling the wire," i e., make him nervous, get him to talk, and record it. This case is definitely solvable.

      @@dessertstorm7476that's some strange logic- usually, people get very angry when killers DO change their name and rightly so.
      A person will change their name themselves or witness protection sometimes pays foe an entire new life and identity. Of course not all cases are of guilty parties, some are endangered witnesses but it's definitely something guilty people do and imo, in many cases it can put the public at risk because it can mean communities are unaware of predators living in their midst...
      Him not changing his name is more likely to suggest he feels he doesn't have anything to hide.
      I immediately thought so when Mike told us about the others changing their names.
      I do believe he could be the one to divulge what happened and guess what? They can still be charged if it was first degree because there's no statute of limitations on first degree whereas there is for second degree although some states differ snd I'm british so not totally sure which states stand where in that.
      Let's all hope that Robert- and his widow - can receive justice and that these depraved reprobates get what's coming to them.

    • @MorningStarMidnightSun
      @MorningStarMidnightSun 14 днів тому +24

      Definitely a case of “who is mostly likely to be innocent” and my bet is also Victor. Wasn’t supposed to be there and got shooed away from the crime scene.
      Either Dylan did it alone & Joseph used his legal knowledge and even possibly got his medically knowledgeable brother to help cover for him, or it was a conspiracy between these two (Dylan & Joseph) or three (the brother, not Victor).
      I think they’re hiding things from Victor and even he doesn’t have enough definitive proof to offer the evidence that cracks the case back open.
      Interesting they’ve all gone their separate ways now, makes me wonder if Joseph & his brother are still close….someone has to crack eventually, especially with (confirmed) distance between most of them now. This case is haunting and I pray it is resolved eventually.

      Good theory. I like it better than my own. So you think he was dead long enough for the blood in his system to coagulate and then his corpse was stabbed to make it look like he was attacked. That would explain why there was no bleeding. Could be. But I'd think he'd have to be dead for a real long time for that to work. On the other hand, that could explain the mysterious punctures on his neck. A phlebotomist might be knowledgable enough to pierce the skin to see if the bleeding times were decreasing. After a while, there would be no bleeding, and that would be the time to sink the knife into the chest.
