    I prefer squeezing my glutes while I'm in a motion, and relaxing my glutes when i attend the final pose where i can freely breath...it helps me protecting my lower back and getting a flexible back at the same time.

    Could you please make a video about if we should or shouldn't tucking the tailbone down? I think this is very actual problem in yoga and I ve read / heard different opinions about this and so I am confused a bit :-/
