To make Creamed Fresh Corn like I did, you will need: 6 ears fresh corn, shucked, silked, cut and scraped from the cob 1 cup water 1/2 tsp sugar, optional 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp white pepper Cook on medium heat 15-20 minutes. Taste for seasoning. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon milk While stirring corn, drizzle in cornstarch. Let cook 2-3 minutes more. Time to eat! YUM!
