Smoked Peach Cobbler on the PitBoss Smoker

Simple desert that goes well with any outdoor cook. Only regret with this one is I wished I would have used peaches with a heavy syrup. Ice cream is a must with this dish. Let me know if you try this how yours turned out! I used PitBoss Competition Pellets for this cook...
