      I do! It took a little getting used to since I came from a Pro Series 1100 which cooks a little differently. But now that I’ve got the cooking techniques under control and know how to maintain smoke levels and temp, it’s the best!

      @@HolySmokesBBQ this brings me to another question about year ago I switched to a pellet smoker it's one of the smaller models. I don't cook a lot of food at one time but I do smoke quite a lot. The smaller smoker that I have from Pit Boss really aren't made for people who do it a lot the wear and tear on it it's just more than it was designed to do. I love it but definitely realize and I need to get a bigger model one that can accommodate the amount that I am making a one-time as well as have a higher level of capacity for use. The unit that you had last was one that I was considering as well as the Lockhart. I would really appreciate your opinion on a pros-and-cons I'll be there 1. Thank you again

      @@finalcutproductions The biggest pro for me of the Lockhart is the ability to have two different areas to cook simultaneously. There's enough cooking surface to do a full brisket, pork butt, wings, ribs and veggies all at the same time! The biggest cons would be that it's ridiculously heavy and you have to have multiple people to assemble it, and also even though there are the two cooking areas you can't control the temp in the upper chamber. It just always seems to hover around 100 degrees less than the main chamber. It would be awesome if they updated it with separate controls. With the 1100 Pro Series, you only have the one cooking area so temp control is much easier. Both are good for cooking for crowds, but you'll definitely get more "cooking real estate" with the Lockhart. Let me know if you have any other questions!
