- On a recent private tour I (re)learned a very valuable lesson after having my client lowslide and wedge himself under a guardrail. Since the aftermath of the recovery was caught on camera, it provides a valuable learning opportunity to all riders.

I am very happy your friend is ok, but this is tempered by your other friend in hospital! I witnessed a fall the other day when a rider with pillion fell over at a stop sign. I was in my car and offered assistance by using my hazard lights and protecting the riders with my car. I helped the pillion out from under the bike and got the bike upright. I said my goodbyes as they both were just shaken. I am at a loss as to why the car drivers in your video paid no attention to your situation. Unbelievable!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share that story. It's amazing how some people just do not feel the need to lend a hands to others in obvious need of assistance. You are clearly not one of those so it's hard to understand the mentality of such folks.

With a goldwing1800, yamaha stratoliner 1900, and VFR1200F, experience was not a factor here but rather a moment of distraction from the Bluetooth. Enough though to have this happen.
