Cancel that subscription, move to another streaming service when you feel you've consumed everything you wanted to and keep rotating streaming services in an endless loop. Plus there's not a ton of ads on the streaming services, at least not yet (crossing my fingers it doesn't get too bad when cable officially dies). The only thing convenient about cable is sports but theses leagues are getting smart at integrating with streaming services so that might change soon. With UA-cam you can buy a cheap family plan and skip all the ads which is what I do.
