Richie Sambora Interview "Because We Can" Tour

- We caught up with Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi during the rehearsals of their latest international tour "Because We Can" to talk about the few select guitars, of his extensive collection, that make it on the road, as well as his latest solo-album "Aftermath of the Lowdown."
What I love of this guy is that he does not marry any brand of guitars.
And, may I add, he's one hell of a singer, guitar player and musician.
If he has problems with his family, himself, or any member of the band, it's surely NOT any of our business.
I would, most definitely, like to see Richie in the music business. Doesn't matter if it's in Bon Jovi, solo, or both.
Love you Richie...a great musician and writer
No wonder why he is my favourite musician
Thanks for sharing this lovely vid.
Richie Sambora is, in my opinion, one of the most adorable, beautiful, brilliant, gorgeous, talented, complete musician.
I must say something, with the due respect…
I LOVE YOU, Richie!
You are extraordinary and phenomenal, my Darling

Blessings to all!
he is THE best!
Ritchie is by far one of the most down to earth guitar players/singers around even after all his success. Cool dude!
He's one of my favorite players..
He is amazing :)
Richie your awesome love your music handsome man
WONDERFUL!...👍👏❣🙏
RICHIE~come back BONJOVI...
When What About Now came out and Bon Jovi went on tour; Some videos came out where Tico, David and Richie talk about the equipment they use on tour; in the interview with Sambora there is a background song with a great riff Obie o'brien stayed in an interview that this song was left out of What About Now and was called "State Of Our Union"
he is AMAZING! love Bon Jovi im a fan 21 years am so upset this s goin on at the moment and am hopin Richie wil b back soooonnn its not the same without him please come bak and be in slane for us
Comment from 1:!5 hit at his leaving which happened to long after. Huge talent
it is obvious in this interview that richie has no intention of leaving the band bon jovi as he considers staying with the band for a "long time" ... we expect richie to be back in the band :) ... jon set aside your differences bring back richie please ... the band is not the same without richie ...
Cool guy, I hope he can put his recent troubles behind him.
Regardless, I hope he gets his affairs in order. We all know that Bon Jovi is something that he loves, and we love his association. :]
Make a instrumental guitar album richie
Shame I don’t see any Kramer or Charvels in that collection. They were his coolest axes.
What about the double necks?
if only James Hetfield had that outlook when Jason was in the band.
Richie is the coolest forever. But pls tell who play here in the backround? He rocks also

Victor he left this time on his own
What happened to his extensive Kramer collection ?
QtommyQ I believe he sold them all off including some of the Fender Custom shop ones with the Floyd Rose & Signature Star ⭐️ inlays he used to play !!!
He gave no indication he would leave so soon
"If the Rolling Stones are a benchmark, we'll be here for a long time!"
*Proceeds to leave the band 1 month later"
Stonen't🥂

He didn't bail. He says Jon didn't treat him right. True or not true?
Well seems so... But I feel he should've left a long time ago... when he released Stranger in this Town... He was at his peak then... Would've dealt a severe blow to Jon's ego and band both... Anyways he's a great musician and a great artist... Would love to listen to yet another of his solo album...
Jon still got a huge blow to his ego; he just won’t admit it. Richie was always the better singer and guitarist in the band. Jon’s whiny nasally tone gets on my last nerve and the screaming is all uncalled for
You dope
what song is this?

Can someone tell me what song he plays the Lp jr on?
"Always" - you can check the videos from MSG
Friedman amps rock. No axe fx for Richie.
kinda bummer now he couldn't take all of this guitar now. obviously without Bon Jovi, you don't have this kinda luxury anymore....
Please comment
Then a couple days later he quits.. nice.
If be thinks he's hot shit just because if all those guitars and banging supermodels and being in Bon Jovi.... well, he'd be right
Well, that didn't age well :)
I was so disappointed by this band in the summer. They haven't released a good record in nearly two decades, and they have become the most tired and generic cheese-churner in music today. Just because they're an actual band doesn't make them any different to Bieber and the like.
I feel the same buddy. Their current producer is dire. completely wrong sound. Songwriting has sucked since they stopped working with Desmond Child. Jon has not got the pipes anymore either, must be hard knowing your lead guitarists voice is better than yours.
George E Toulouse last good album was these days
Have a nice day wasn't bad. These last 2 albums have been horrible. I wouldn't see them live without Sambora.
No wonder Sambora left... He should've left earlier though... He'd bn the true heart and soul of the band
You can thank Jon Bon Jovi and that piece of shit John Shanks
Richie...you're fired
More like walking out and never returning
I don’t blame him one bit. After all the years he gave to the band, Jon turned his back on him. Richie and Desmond were way better than Shanks will ever be
No excuse . . .you bailed . . .hope all is well but Jon lives on with out you!
Jon can’t sing anymore. He’s terrible.
What exactly is Jon doing? Can’t sing anymore and the tours he has been on lately have all been horrible
