- Founding Bon Jovi member Richie Sambora has spent almost three decades as an integral part of one of the world's most beloved bands. He's created some of the most instantly recognizable guitar sounds and penned many of the greatest rock anthems in a generation.
In a departure from his previous major label releases -- Undiscovered Soul (1998) and Stranger In This Town (1991) -- Sambora has returned to his roots, creating a vital and visceral album of raw power.
"This is my favorite record I've ever made," says Sambora. "It's the most fulfilling and beautiful experience in my life as a musician."
Lyrically, he tackles the universal tribulations of divorce, substance abuse, single parenthood, independence and self-reliance. "A lot has happened in my life over the last ten years, personal stuff that's cathartic for me to get out," says Sambora. "Really things that could happen to anybody, but I just happened to be in a band with the biggest concert tour in the world, and in the glare of the public eye." - Розваги

Really fantastic guitar player. He didnt leave the BonJovi band in a graceful or professional manner after playing for all those years. But in his mind, maybe he couldnt leave any other way. Who knows, but he is so delighted spending time with Ava, his daughter and that is Not a bad thing. As we get older and mature we realize what's important. He is missed with BJ because he was such a great songwriter with Jon as well as guitarist/singer with the band. When Jon is interviewed about the band's loss, he Never says anything negative about Richie. I hope these Jersey Boys talk again someday. I hope Richie is happy with his decision and still playing music. He beams over being with his daughter and that's terrific. Love is everything. Thanks for the video.

Richie ...always my fave! I think he's beautiful inside and out!! Yes he's had his troubles but that doesn't make him bad. Years ago won tix from a radio station to see and meet Bon Jovi. Unfortunately they were late and we didnt get to meet them. Bucket list to meet Richie.

😩My husband was recently diagnosed with cancer of the lungs, hip and adrenal glands. I’m scared to death. I’m trying to help him with alternative treatments in addition to the radiation and chemotherapy. I can’t lose him!

I've always been a big fan of Bon Jovi; saw them on tour back in 1985 when they were promoting their fist album at the Texas Jam outdoors in July at the Cotton bowl. Ritchie Sambora is self-taught and so is Alex Lifeson and while I love Ritchie Sambora, Alex Lifeson is one of the best in the world !!! Still that should not take away from the talent of Sambora and his singer Jon Bon. Such a hair band with incredible talent and they always took their work so serious; they didn't mess around. So many hits backed up with immense talent!!! Smoking hot blond giving the interview; I am confident Sambora was doing all he could to hit on her!

I can fully understand him wanting family time and break from it all. But he signed up to do a tour, he made a promise to the fans and to Jon. If he had the slightest reservation prior to the tour he should have said i cant. Or complete the tour and tell Jon he was done after that. To do it in mid tour is pretty poo poo of him. I get he has the right to no longer tour with Jon but keep your agreement. Many people were dependent on him doing what he said.
