I like that old video from a naturalist on yt that tells u to freeze a length of horseradish then use the big size of the grater and get about 9 pieces in ur hand - let them warm up a bit then open ur hand and let a tiny bit of the fumes got up ur nose. Reminds me of my first time eating too much wasabi...we use to call it Japanese Drisdan..lol 🙂

Question!!!Is it OK to do this when your are pregnant close to due date??
Also anything you cld suggest if it cld be a cold. My daughter is almost 9 month pregnant will be on Sunday but looks like she may be go over due. Her and her husband both have congestion and she is worries she will go into labor and not be able to breathe well during. Please help any one!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Butterbur and quercetin supplements should not be taken while pregnant. Better to eat foods naturally high in quercetin. Saline only nasal spray is fine during pregnancy.

Avoid dairy and gluten products
