You can also get Fused Wiring sometimes from target dummies Engineers make. When it dies, it mostly drops some of the material used to make one, but sometimes drops a Fused Wiring.
Be mindful, the Elemental Fire drop chance is lower than 17%. This is due to how the drop chances are approximated, as for a loot drop to be registered, something has to drop. Since elementals often drops nothing, those kills wont be counted in the calculations, inflating the drop chances.

just wanna tell you guys, dont farm the golden pearls, i farmed them like everyday about 2-4 hours in one week and i got 3 golden pearls totally which means i got about 60 gold in 1 week which is not much at all.
I love these videos......"I know the best top secrets to farming gold!!!!" and all it turns out to be is "find item on AH that is selling good, find where to get it, farm, sell, repeat! and bam! overnight you'll be a gold millionaire!!" Yeah right.....AH prices fluctuate and videos like these make it even worse as suddenly everyone is farming them to sell. Yes many crafters will be wanting these items, however if they are being farmed out like crazy the crafters will also be out there farming them to get around the AH price. If you want to farm gold, there are ways to find mobs that drop a good amount of copper and silver per kill and easily enough to kill. One that I recall at the endgame lvl 60 is the elites in the Eastern Plaugelands in the south eastern corner of the map, Tyr's Hand I believe is what the place is called. They will drop I think 5-10 silver each plus some good stuff to sell. Another thing is selling normal mats, cloth of all kinds will be selling at a steady rate, bags are especially good at the moment as everyone wants to get the most bagspace they can starting out. However it's always good to know someone who will be needing a steady supply and take farm requests instead of taking up a lot of time farming something that may or may not sell. So if you know friends who have 2 crafting professions and are relying on farming gold to get mats off the AH, you can setup a farm contract with them where you do the farming and then send them the mats COD at a set agreed rate.
@@ihatecandy02 if you think anything I said was a secret, and I'm assuming you mean Tyr's Hand specifically, then you didn't play vanilla and never paid attention to lootyou picked up cause everyone farmed spots. Heck we even looked for the old farming bots back in the day to find spots to farm. You can make gold off a lot of different things, just depends how you want to play.
I make gold in an easy way that no one wants to do because it's so boring: fishing. Get mats to cook some nice recipes, like the squid with agility, and the sage fish with mana regen, people pay good gold for that because they want them for dungeons and questing and are not willing to spend a single minute fishing. And those treasure chests that appear sometimes in the fishing nodes with really good rewards inside: recipes, plans, gear, potions, and mats for tailoring and leatherworking that sell well too.
I'm kinda surprised Grave Moss isn't worth much at all (on my server at least)... Used to get tons of gold for it back in the days. I'll keep my stacks in my bank for now.
If you don't have 10 minutes, here: #5: PoE Blues from trash mobs; SFK #4: Golden Pearls (Big-mouth Clams) from aquatic mobs > lvl 40 #3: Elemental Fire from Fire Elementals; Stonetalon, Arathi #2: Fused Wiring from Venture Co Shredders; Stranglethorn #1: Giant Eggs from avian creatures > lvl 40
Golden pearl farming isn't bad. They're 55g on my server, and you can go to azshara at 52ish and grind naga all the way to 60 farming them. The droprate is extremely low though, about .5% from bigmouth clams, so there are probably better options, especially if you're a mage.
Oh yeah, I used to make BIG money farming sfk, looking for shadowfangs for my twinks. I got about 10 assassin blades before my first shadowfang and those birches sold for lik 200g back when it was hard to afford the 4g for fiery enchant
My secret method. 1. Buy all the copper 2. Relist it for 5g/stack or whatever 3. Buy out everyone dumb enough to list copper at a sane price. 4. When people start catching on and listing their copper at your less sane price, list your overstock for greater than break-even, let the competition buy it, move on to a different product for a few weeks while prices normalize. If you do this right, you'll be vendering copper to defend the price and your bag space.
I am surprised you didn’t mention Savory Deviate Delight from the Barrens. Low drop chance from humanoid mobs for recipe and just fish deviate fish. Sells for 15 gold a stack on the auction house (that’s my price since no buys a stack for 28 gold).
@@nuz5Mostly joking, but often these "secret gold making techniques" get obsolete fast because many people who watch it follow the instructions then the items in question lose their value. Watch Giant Eggs seriously drop in price because everyone farms them.
Got Black Malice 2h mace but can't even auction it for 10g. Probably I lost a few gold in expired auctions! But I have seen the sword for 300. Don't know if it sold though. Will wait for BGs and see. Lots of videos are based on what might sell. But probably better to grind high level humanoids for cloth and gray equipment which sells for 1g+ each. Too many times I cleared SFK for nothing.
I have a secret farming spot that I hit soon as I,m the right lvl .So far no one has hit this place. However , just recently a couple of pple have figured out ONE of the items .but its still making me extra silver .

i got loads of giant eggs when doing the owlkin quests in winterspring, thay had a large droprate on that and i easily got 3 stacks of giant eggs with 1 quest
Everyone is just making "guides" and they have no idea what they are talking about. These players are new to classic and they just want to upload a video and make themselves "geniuses" who can make guids. A silver wep at level 50+ which can be dropped from humanoids can be vendored for 2g. And any other silver item worth almost the same. Imagine green. Imagine blue. Which you can sell in AH. Disenchanting greens also makes alot of money from selling thier shards. Some progfesions makes alot of money. Such as LW engineering. Mining. LW. Please dont go waste your time for pearls and other crap mentioned in this video. If you wanna farm by killing. Kill high level humanoids or even skeletons. You can get 40-80g per hour. And for youtubers. Save your time making a video and go really learn something in the game before you upload something.
I wish I watched guides before playing WoW. I’m a super noob with both WoW and MMO’s and my friend kind of just made me play the game with him thinking I’m going to pick it up pretty quick
I dunno... I'm more of the opinion to grind materials mid range and actively leverage the auction house. WoW economies closely resemble real world economies, so learn your specific servers economic patterns, study, analyze, and then farm accordingly. You're not likely to get that "win the lottery" item, but you will grow in-game wealth. This strategy can work for any class of just about any spec, and is much more reliable in my opinion.
Sad thing is these aren't secret to anyone who has even a fundamental understanding of the game. I feel kind of bad for clicking on videos like this via recommended because I know it's all stuff that if you didn't know the past 10 years you were a mongoloid. Like Golden Pearls, anyone with a functioning brain knew they were insanely worthwhile. Elemental Fire everyone knows is good for GFPP primarily and a few other items but not a whole lot there. Fused Wiring was a big one back in Classic for repair bots and he didn't even mention the good way to get that (Target Dummies). Hell if Vaulty knew what he was talking about he'd have replaced the Giant Egg with Winter Squid which is coming available here in two weeks from fishing which offers the best physical DPS food buff and it can't be attained after March or so until Late September 2020.
>"Just layer hop lol!!!!!!!!!!" >"Just play in non-peak hours lol!!!!!" >"Just hoard them to sell later (because they're selling for a pittance right now, and I only know the price might get better due to playing private servers that might not reflect classic, and everyone watching this needs gold NOW, but whatever) lol!!!!!!!" >#1 just being a common item anyone would already know is used in high-level cooking And most egregiously of all, >>>>>USING MODERN GRAPHICS SETTINGS IN CLASSIC WOW Nah fam, I'm good.
Just realised this is my Shadowfang haha 1:46 literally got it in my first SFK run at level 21 won the greed roll out of 5 players easy 200+ gold there :D
At this point, making gold from selling at the AH isn't that lucrative, because there isn't that much gold on the servers. Just level up and you'll notice you're getting more and more gold from quests and selling items. Once you hit 60 you can start farming some real gold, and by that time the servers will probably have a stable enough economy where you can sell a stack of wool cloth for more than 15 silver, hehe.
I think the point of farming right now is just to get the mount. I'm at 28g level 32, worried I won't have 90g at 40. So now that I watched this video, if I do not have 90g around level 39. I'm going to farm the fire elementals for XP and gold until 40.
@@monkeygolfer I made 21 gold from 32 to 34 from vendoring stuff (got a bit lucky with some gray weapons worth 40s+ too), so i am not worried. At 60g at 36, will surely make 100 by the time i'm 40 because gaining a level takes ages :D

Stop sharing secrets, ruins it man. Now don't be mad if u get 50 players over there farming
Awesome tips!! Defs gonna use these
Nice, ill keep those shredders in mind since i mainly play during off hours and plan to grind alot in STV due to my herb skill :)
A-QUACK TICK.
"MONSTER OMELET IS THE BEST FOOD" LOL, get spider sausages instead, same exact buff and worth 5s each
Nobody wants to eat sausages made from spiders...
solid vid, subbed!
6:04 Most Western shrine on the map* ;P
i thought the same and felt like a big nerd - thanks :P
I'm kinda surprised Grave Moss isn't worth much at all (on my server at least)... Used to get tons of gold for it back in the days. I'll keep my stacks in my bank for now.
If you don't have 10 minutes, here:
#5: PoE Blues from trash mobs; SFK
#4: Golden Pearls (Big-mouth Clams) from aquatic mobs > lvl 40
#3: Elemental Fire from Fire Elementals; Stonetalon, Arathi
#2: Fused Wiring from Venture Co Shredders; Stranglethorn
#1: Giant Eggs from avian creatures > lvl 40
Golden pearl farming isn't bad. They're 55g on my server, and you can go to azshara at 52ish and grind naga all the way to 60 farming them. The droprate is extremely low though, about .5% from bigmouth clams, so there are probably better options, especially if you're a mage.
Awesome video my friend, i knew most of them but didnt know about #1 👍🎅
I think that Naga in Azshara are best to farm golden pearls from, if you're Horde.
Oh yeah, I used to make BIG money farming sfk, looking for shadowfangs for my twinks.
I got about 10 assassin blades before my first shadowfang and those birches sold for lik 200g back when it was hard to afford the 4g for fiery enchant
My secret method.
1. Buy all the copper
2. Relist it for 5g/stack or whatever
Wow your graphics look crazy modern!
You fool, you gave away these secrets. Now everyone knows about it and they have lost their value.
blizz fun police is gonna hit
lol I hope that was sarcasm
@@nuz5Mostly joking, but often these "secret gold making techniques" get obsolete fast because many people who watch it follow the instructions then the items in question lose their value. Watch Giant Eggs seriously drop in price because everyone farms them.
Just about everything on my server is already near the vendor price on AH :(
@@thenerdbeast7375 guess that's a good thing for the MC Raiders
No worries...I LIKE OPENING CLAMS... IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN...!...
o.14% drop chance are 1644 mobs for a 90% chance to get the item to driop. Thats is 21 runs @ 85 mobs/instance reset, not 6 or 7.
For horde Desolace quest catch of the day don’t complete quest trade lobsters I farmed 100g in just a couple hours at level 38
"10 overcrowded areas" lol
What mod is at the top of your screen tracking xp per hours, gold, durability etc? Also what are you graphic settings. I have everything maxed out or at least I thought I did and yours still looks better. Thank you!
Titan panel
i got loads of giant eggs when doing the owlkin quests in winterspring, thay had a large droprate on that and i easily got 3 stacks of giant eggs with 1 quest
extra: they also droped greys sometimes that vendor vor 19s
Please elaborate why humanoids and skeletons generate 40-80g/h?
Weird flex but okay
@@smartkaboose3806 yeah, but he's right. The vid is bs.
@@tungbif well i idk everything, but humanoids are the only mob that can drop cloths, like runecloth or silk.
Pearls will be used for several things. Crafting and spellpower enchant for later, stop talking BS.
I wish I watched guides before playing WoW. I’m a super noob with both WoW and MMO’s and my friend kind of just made me play the game with him thinking I’m going to pick it up pretty quick
It's ok some of the people who have played for years still don't know what the heck they are doing.
Got 2 epics in burning steppes within 2 days, was insane. But yeah, im still trying for another BoE when im out farming lol :D puuurple.
i think grinding spiders for gray items is pretty solid too
"5 gold farming spots that no one knows about"
well now everyone knows about them
as if a game that has been around for 15 years has secrets :/
@@jennywakeman5919 Grilled Squid? 10 extra agility for 10 min... woohoo! As if that made a difference at high levels :)
@@HiilandKew Found the person that doesn't consume in raids, gets shafted by their loot council as a result then cries about corruption.
@@jennywakeman5919 Nah the base dmg is still good enough to warrant equal loot. Some guilds actually do have a life outside WoW too.
for giant eggs I farm the moonkins in The Hinterlands... quite a high drop rate
Fire fire lol you're awesome bro ty for tip got enough for 2 toons mounts now💚😁
Good video. Keep it up!
fused wirings is so easy to get as engineer. craft the cheapest target dummy. when it dies loot it's corpse it can contain fused wiring

Nah fam, I'm good.
Best farming spot is the auction house!

Also Some People: "Better post it in youtube!"
Secret gold farm that ain't secret no more. Gj!
Just realised this is my Shadowfang haha 1:46 literally got it in my first SFK run at level 21 won the greed roll out of 5 players easy 200+ gold there :D
Frostíe no one greeds on that baby
1992skins everyone greeds on a BoE drop highest greed takes it 👍
@@frostie9985 in a good party, yeah. wouldn't recommend being the first to Greed it in a PUG.
@@airchompz Yeah, I waited for everyone to greed first ofcourse :D
Not bad, Vaulty. Not bad.
@@Brekner Nice! Yeah I'm hopeful that the leveling process alone will get me the gold I need (as long as I'm smart with my money). Good luck on the grind to 60 ! :)
CLAM MASTER, this addon is your best friend opens all clams instantly and loots them also counts how many you get and what you are geting and if your lucky
WHAT THE HELL
I VENDORED SO MUCH ELEMENTAL FIRE
oh god what have I done
dumbass what a waste
when you said "phase 3" I heard " face week"
The issue with this is that this video won't be helpful for at least another 2-3 months because the economy is currently dead.
it's slowly rising up, at least on my server. Things are still cheap of course, but the lower level trade goods are no longer selling at vendor price (lol)
I funded my mount by farming elemental water from the water eles in ashenvale. They sell for 60-80s a pop on my server and I get about 2-3 of them every 12 kills.
Giant Eggs have been listed for next to nothing since my server went live, I don't think it's possible to farm those for enough profit to be worthwhile. Just checked and they're going for 15s right now.
The best way might be getting a lvl 60 and farming low lvl dungeons get everything and sell it all. I say lvl 60 because they will run through the dungeon with all mobs aggroed.
Nice video, thank. you.
gonna try these :) thx
What ever happed to that guy who never left the start area and reach level 80, he never died, never got in a group or ran an instance!
Kinda hard to level after the mobs were grey to him (no exp gain)....i think you've fell for an Urban Legend.
@@dangerously72 no it's true. The pandaren Doubleagent got to lvl 90 without leaving the isles. Once he completed all the starting quest he picked herbs and mined veins for xp. Took him about 170 days. He did it so that his pandaren wouldn't have to choose between horde/alliance and he could stay "neutral"
@@jadonlamey3931 lol..then that dude has Serious commitment issues.
I got 2 assassins blade... I sold the 1st one for 2g...... I was so dumb... the next 2 runs another one dropped and I sold it for 45g

same here xD mine sold for 1g. I feel nie dumb as hell
I equipped mine since I’m rogue xD
Their are no secrets in WoW, especially after you just told the internet...
Was my first thought as well.
Also, if you farm the fire elementals in Arathi, you have a very good chance of getting yourself on the ignore/blacklist of many many warriors on your server.
So be generous with those Burning Charms to all warriors that come along, unless you want some serious trouble with finding tanks later in the game that won't kick you.
Remember, no crossrealm functions in Classic.
love how your tooltip has golden pearls selling for 6 gold and now theyre 50g+ lmao
