Serve this as an appetizer, part of a buffet spread or as a snack...

Thanks Ken for sharing. My family and I were introduced to this in Naxos. As such we tried it several more times in Athens and Arachova. A lot of of traditional approaches we brought back and incorporated into our home kitchen. This is now one of them that I will be cooking feta often for now on. Thanks.

Making this in the week, but adding an extra sheet of phyllo as well as the addition of a drizzle of balsamic and some toasted slivered almonds 👌🏼 Recreating a dish from one of our favourite “nouveau” restaurants in Zante 👌🏼 Vinaz ☺️ Having with our take on Greek roast chicken & potatoes and Greek salad 👌🏼

I have some Phyllo dough and some Sheep’s milk Feta that I’ll be making this with. Come to think of it I’m adding just a touch of Mizithra for an extra layer of flavor. This will be a delicious breakfast.
