Volvo XC70 year 1999 fuel pump issue

The pump produces only 40 Psi = 1,5 Bar pressure at the injectors. It is only 2 months old pump. We took the fuel tank down and pump out. Tested it hereby in a water bucket - closed the outcome pipe with a pressure gauge. Pressure is still the same low and noticed a bit leak there as seen on video. Now we shall do the open heart surgery and let's see where it leaks.
