I came here from your tips on reducing grain and your editing hooked me. This video is immaculate too. How you aren't bigger than you are now I'll never know. Keep doing you. You're doing great things.
Your style of work to illustrate this lesson is brilliant. Your explanation of body language is the best I’ve seen. Your editing work is superb. All in all, your teachings are really first rate. It really is well-thought out and our documentary class will learn a lot, and this will be a popular share. Thank you. (One UA-cam techniques filmmakers use in these videos, however, - and this is by no means a harsh criticism - is the use of jump cuts in on-camera segments. Just a slight +or - in post will underline your major points more effectively.) Thank you for teaching important techniques for handheld camera movements. You are da man.
Haven't clicked this fast in a hot minute...great tips as always, chief! That shot starting at 0:13 looks straight out of a film...you're color grading and everything else is on point my man
Hey, I just wanted to get rid of how much I like your videos! I like it like you make and cut your videos! Keep up the good work, you deserve UA-cam! :)
Yes dude!! I've really wanted more enthusiasm out of you for a long time. As negative as that sounds, I feel like it's more important to give honest criticism. And my main critique was your lack of enthusiasm in some videos. But NOW! I really saw a massive improvement in this video! Your genuine interest in explaining the topic came across really well and I was really engaged. There's still a lil working on it, but I love to see your improvement as you progress man! Keep up the content!
WOW!!!!! Aidin, that was BEAUTIFUL and Breathtaking. I've been to those places. What an awesome footage, cenamatography or what ever you call it!!! It was AWSOME! I'm going to watch it again. I love the beginning, going into the tunnel. Ur amazing bro, you should get paid for these tutorials. 🙏
Thank you so much for this video! I'm really glad you're back making tutorials they really help and you're the only UA-camr I know who explains things in a way I can understand. I've actually been looking at getting something for smooth handheld footage but after seeing this i'm really going to nail down the handheld way and then in the future look at investing in something like a ronin. I think sometimes we all get a bit crazy about thinking we need the best equipment to achieve the best look but really it's about the content and the shots you choose rather than the equipment.
I must admit I absented from your channel for a few weeks and even if before I loved your content too, now I can say this video is really, really on the 'next level'! Superb!
Man this was amazingly helpful. I am going on a trip to Iceland but due to lack of space I cannot bring with me a gimbal and these tips are really cool. I'd be awesome if you could make a video showing different camera motions as you mention almost at the end of this video. Thanks a lot!!
Really like this, the start and the colour grade was lovely. Thanks for the tips. One thing I've found that has helped me is using a small extension pole on a ball head. It's like a static steady cam and helps with unwanted role. I off set, the stick to the angle I'm shooting and it seems to help a lot with the G7 and kit lens which doesnt have any stabilizer. I also use it as the 3rd point of contact against my chest, small tripod feet in the pole and this rests lovely Awesome work
Hey - you said at 10:40 You wouldnt do the crop in/ motion in post if you were editing a 16:9 but if you were editing in a widescreen aspect ration you would as you have extra room- I thought 16:9 was considered standard widescreen aspect ratio? Obviously im wrong!which as aspect ratio should the camera be set to for this? Thanks!!! 🙏
Thanks so much as usual for great content as usual man. Could you let us know what the name of your desk mic is ? Audio is CRISPY. I think everyone would love a vid on how you record and edit your audio!

I came here from your tips on reducing grain and your editing hooked me. This video is immaculate too. How you aren't bigger than you are now I'll never know.
Keep doing you. You're doing great things.
The last tip was so simple yet so effective.
Beauty in simplicity. Thank you!
